I got a perm done here and it turned out even better than I expected! The staff is super friendly and full of great energy, which made the experience even better. I also recently got a haircut, and that turned out fantastic too. The only downside was the jewelry—I bought two gold necklaces, and within a week the chains started to darken, although the charms stayed the same. For the price, the jewelry quality wasn’t quite worth it. But overall, the salon itself is amazing and I totally recommend it!

I had an amazing experience at this salon! The place is spotless, cozy, and so welcoming. The entire team was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. I have just recently moved into the city and was looking for a new salon. They were able to get me in for a same day appointment which was a major plus. The atmosphere was so wonderful, they even had a little kitty inside. My hair dresser was Natalie and she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable right away. I hadnt cut my hair in 8 years, so I was very nervous for what the result would be, but she assured me along the way that what I wanted would be a good fit for me, and she did an amazing job! I will definitely be coming back to this beautiful salon! ♥️

I just wanted to share my wonderful experience here, my hair stylist was Ali, she was very knowledgeable and walked me through all the steps on what she was doing with my hair and the process. She took her time and didn’t rush and she was very personable and made the time there enjoyable. My hair feels amazing and I’m looking forward to going back for up keep. Also she gives a wicked hair cut! Highly recommend The salon is nicely decorated, and very clean Thanks so much again :)

I’ve been coming to Opal and Ivy Since November. I can confidently say as somebody who gets her hair done frequently I will never change salons again. I come here for everything, hair, waxing, tinting and all around the connections I’ve made here as a client. I personally see Jazym Weibe who has been the best hair stylist I have been to, to date. She is very detailed and wants you to walk out with all your hair goals while also being very transparent with your hair needs. She creates memorable experiences with the people in her chair. She makes you feel like she’s a friend you haven’t seen in ages and you pick up right where you started! She has made me feel more confident in my hair journey than anybody I know! Amanda is a fanatic owner who strives for her environment to be welcoming and positive. They are very accommodating for scheduling as well!! All staff members here are wonderful and I could not ever recommend a better place than this. You will not be disappointed with any of there services, especially customer service.

I have always loved getting fun colours in my hair. I usually colour my hair extensions and add the fun colour that way! Amanda and Jazmyn did an incredible job at transforming my boring blonde weft into a beautiful sunset. The colour lasted forever. The staff is incredibly friendly and made it feel like home right away. I felt like I was taken care of the moment I was in the chair. I would recommend Opal and Ivy to any of my friends and family. ????
