I've been getting my nails done by Johnny for over six months now. He does a meticulous job, taking great care to make sure that they're done perfectly. Because he does such a great job with the prep, my nails last at least a week longer than I experienced at other salons. I've been to many places over the last decade, and he does the best job.

I always book Johnny and he is so professional and he makes me nails look on point every time! I’ve always got a compliment whenever I go out and people see my nails! Very good customer service! And they always take care of me and I leave happy every time! Will definitely come back!

They sold me a gift card over the phone, charged my credit card, and then refused to honour it when it was presented to them. Even after they were shown the credit card statement, they did not budge and were extremely unfriendly and unapologetic. They said they would look into it and call back, but never did. When I called them to ask for a refund, all-of-a-sudden they had a record of the gift card and told me to come back and get it. However, they were so awful and unaccommodating on the initial visit and the subsequent phone call that I requested a refund which they refused to offer. They stole $100 from me. There is a reason for all the 1-star reviews of this place. Avoid at all costs.

Booked an appointment for 1 o’clock. It took her 15 minutes from the time I sat with my feet in the water until she was done and polish was put on after that. She rushed through like the building was on fire and I paid $68 for 30 minutes from start to finish I will never go to Paradise nails again.

Made an appointment for noon for both a fill and pedicure today. Fill started off fine but my technician kept answering the phone interrupting my service to book appointments and at one point went into the waxing room. I look over to see her finishing off with the client in the room, doing something with her lashes or brows. The technician then came back to continue my nails. I asked her to wash her hands and put new gloves on and she gave me attitude. I explained that I watched her walk into the waxing room without washing her hands and touched another clients FACE and therefore she is transferring germs. Washing your hands and placing new gloves on should be STANDARD PRACTICE in a salon, not an inconvenience. She complied and finished my hands, did not offer any lotion,or cuticle oil or anything just rushed me over for my pedicure. So my nails look great but I feel like a drying out fish. Before the pedicure begins she asks me to choose my colour, I state I just want regular clear polish and she starts to complain that regular takes too long to dry. As if this is my problem? I am the client and this is what I requested, so what if I have to sit for a few more minutes while the polish dries? If it was an issue of timing, perhaps you should ask on the phone PRIOR to booking? The technician continues on and the pedicure is fine but she was quite rough when she did not need to be. Then she leaves me to sit in the chair for 10 minutes while my regular polish dries. Do you know what she did in the meantime? Started doing another clients manicure…without washing her hands. I checked my own toes, got up, paid and left. UPDATE: The owner of the salon,Jonny, called me to rectify the situation the following Monday. At first I was ecstatic. I genuinely thought the owner wanted to set things straight and I would have loved to talk it out. However, this was not the case. He called me accusing me of lying and demanding I take down this review. I tried to explain my side and he told Me I was wrong and I needed to take down my review. I hung up on him and he proceeded to call me 4 times in a row. I picked up on the last one and told him I would not rescind my review. All in all, do not go here. Bad work,worse work ethic and worst customer service.

I brought my daughter there today to get her nails filled. I highly recommend going to Johnny. My daughter requested ombré and he did a wonderful job! Her nails were done beautifully and he really took his time to make them look perfect! She is very happy. We will definitely be going back to Paradise Nails again to have him do both of my girls nails.

I’ve never been so satisfied with my visits here. I moved down from Ontario and I tried one other nail salon where they spoke trash in Vietnamese about the clients. I’ve never had that experience coming in to this salon though which they didn’t know I spoke Vietnamese. Yes they do speak Vietnamese to one another as for them it’s easier but it’s to ask who has an appointment, which client was there first and etc. which is appreciated because this means our time as clients are valued. They serve exceptional customer service offering cold water, juice and pop and light snacks. Guess what?!? They also have hair colour and cutting as well! My kids got their hair cut! And they and myself were so happy with the cut! All the staff were super friendly towards my kids! Hanna is absolutely amazing with the pedicures and massages ! She’s so sweet and she Even gave my kids chips to eat! Johnny and Jen are really good at nails! They clean and scrub after every patient clean sink and fresh towels. Be patient and kind and you shall receive the same from them.
