My husband planned a spa day for us for our anniversary & he came across this place because of all the great reviews and the aesthetic of the place in the photos. This place was beautiful from the moment we walked in, from the front desk, locker room, lounge & our private VIP suite. I personally have not been to many spas but this one takes the cake so far for one of the best experiences i’ve had at a spa. You truly feel pampered by the spa staff. We had the jacuzzi for 45 min followed by a massage & facial all done in the suite and we were relaxed for the whole 3 hours (dozed off a bit too during the massage and facials cos they were soooo relaxing). We were aware that our massage was done by professionals who were not RMTs and didn’t mind because they did an amazing job & really listened when asked to change pressure. The staff was super attentive and we were given light refreshements after our facial in the lounge area. The place was nice and quiet, unlike places like go place where it’s not as relaxing due the flood of people and noise. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an actual luxury spa day and relaxation. Would also come back ! Thankyou so much for making us feel special today :)

This is such a beautiful spa. I went for a massage with Julia. I feel like I was fully pampered and although they don’t have RMT service at this spa, I felt like my massage was such a good experience. Overall this spa offers a variety of services and the space itself is so aesthetic. After my massage I was treated to a snack which included cheese, crackers and fruit. I was also given a cup of coffee to enjoy with my snack. They also have a steam room and sauna which I was able to check out after my massage. I think this truly felt like a luxury spa experience and, it’s no question that this place offers great service in a great space. Everyone was kind and the spa was super clean.

I am so happy with the results I got from this spa! I went with my mom and the service here is amazing! They treated us so well from the moment we stepped into the spa to when we left. I received their most popular treatment, forest therapy facial and body, which left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I'd recommend this for first time guests as you can get a taste of both their facial and massage in one go. As well, the dessert and drinks at the end were so delicious. Highly recommend this luxurious spa for those who want to pamper themselves.

Absolutely 10/10. All the staff were absolutely amazing and made it a relaxing stay from start to finish. Lydia was awesome and managed to remove some knots from my back that have been there for awhile. Alice also provided amazing service and gave me refreshments after the massage. Can't wait to go back.

I had an amazing experience at the spa last week! The rose quartz facial left my skin glowing like never before—I noticed a major difference in both texture and radiance right away. The whole treatment was so relaxing, and I loved every moment, especially the soothing steam room. After your treatment they give you snacks and a drink of your choice. Its lovely. My phone also died and they brought me a charger and I really appreciated that! The attention to detail and care from the staff made it truly a great experience. I can’t wait to go back!

Amazing experience! My husband booked a facial and massage here for my birthday and it was one of the best spa days I have had. It was extremely clean, relaxing, and the decor made the atmosphere feel very calm. Great snacks and juices post massage and shower and steam facilities were beautiful as well. Will be back!

Had such an amazing time at Pemberly Spa! All the staff were so attentive and kind from the moment I stepped into the spa. This was truly relaxing experience, and the interior is beautiful and speaks for itself! Truly feels like you have been transported to a luxurious oasis. I experienced the Miso Facial, and it was so rejuvenating and helped to hydrate my face, so much! I loved the added amenities of the sauna and steam room which added to the whole spa experience. Will definitely be back ☺️

This place is a hidden gem! I had the best massage with Julia she truly did a fantastic job, I also really enjoyed the steam room and sauna. All the other staff, like Alice at the front desk, were very kind and professional. The spa its self is absolutely beautiful and SO clean! I’m really impressed and will be back again for sure, highly recommend.
