Being a larger lady who carries most of my fat on my stomach I came in hopeful. The first couple sessions I did not see any results but still hopeful. After the 3rd, my clothing fit differently, I felt smaller. Now after completion of my sessions, I can absolutely say that I can see results. This has given me the boost I needed to add to my journey. I definitely will be back and highly recommend the treatment. I also appreciated Rumsha who was totally honest with me and made me feel comfortable.

I had a disappointing experience with laser treatment at RA Medical Aesthetic & Spa. The service did not meet my expectations, and I faced issues that were not properly addressed. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bad experience for me. I expected better professionalism and care, but I was left unsatisfied. I appreciate your response, but I strongly disagree with the implication that my progress is solely due to irregular attendance. While I understand that consistency matters, I have attended multiple sessions and still haven’t seen the expected results. If more sessions were necessary from the start, that should have been made clearer before I committed to the treatment. I expect a fair resolution for this situation. Let me know how you plan to address this.

I booked an appointment, they could clearly see my name on there, made me come all the way just to tell me they don't attend to male clients, like I've never heard of a Facial treatment that has to do with gender. I suggest adding this to your booking so "male clients" won't waste their time. Very silly!

Sadia and Rumsha carries professional and moral customer service.Sadia is extremely knowledgeable and pays attention to the skin concerns. Got suggested few products that really benefits my skin. Sadia is exceptional, I have seen her since I started going the clinic. She knows her product inside and out. She makes you feel comfortable from the time you walk in the door and always explains to me in detail all my skin routine and what to expect after each session. This is the best place I have been to in Regina. She has me as a client for a very long time. Rumsha is also great as well, she is just as amazing.
