"I went to go for my booked massage tonight, and I was advised I had no appointment booked. I booked this apt on March 12th and have received multiple email and text confirmations, which I showed the receptionist my confirmation emails and texts. She was extremely rude and said “what do you expect me to do”. I left without a massage, and this is the 2nd time in the 3 months I have been going to them that they have done this. I will no longer be “booking” massages here. Defiantly not worth your valuable time if you are looking for a place to get a massage!"

"Marnie was great for my appointment. I enjoyed that aspect of coming in. If it were not for the reception, I would come back to see her again. Unfortunately it took over 30 minutes to be allowed to pay for my service. The receptionist had someone else pay as me (due to not asking for name after service) and it took him over 20 minutes to figure out how I could pay the amount I am suppose to rather than the extra $30-40. I then told him I had a gift card to cover some of the cost to which he replied “Oh I wish you’d just pay cash it’s less work for me”… which then took over another 10 minutes for him to put the gift card through. When he finally figured out that my total was $10, he entered it on the machine and said I could pay. He entered $0.10 instead of $10.00 and seemed annoyed when I told him. I guess I could have just paid the $0.10 to save some hassle for myself. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had issues with reception there. The last time I went there, I paid for my service. They later submitted the cost to my insurance company, ultimately getting double payment for the service I received. They refused to reimburse me for over a week, which included a female receptionist yelling at me on the phone for their scam. Which is all unfortunate for the staff working there since I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s more people who do not return because of staff working the reception area. I only give this 2 stars because my actual appointment was great."

I was left with bruises all over my back and shoulder in more pain from the massage than I had before the appt. It was supposed to be a relaxation massage and I told the masseuse it was too painful and she did not stop/go lighter on the pressure. Do not waste your money here."

She thoroughly explained everything that she was doing for me which was a refreshing change from other practitioners in Regina I’ve seen who just start sticking you and leave. I will be back!"

"Being a larger lady who carries most of my fat on my stomach I came in hopeful. The first couple sessions I did not see any results but still hopeful. After the 3rd, my clothing fit differently, I felt smaller. Now after completion of my sessions, I can absolutely say that I can see results. This has given me the boost I needed to add to my journey. I definitely will be back and highly recommend the treatment. I also appreciated Rumsha who was totally honest with me and made me feel comfortable."

Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bad experience for me. I expected better professionalism and care, but I was left unsatisfied. I appreciate your response, but I strongly disagree with the implication that my progress is solely due to irregular attendance. While I understand that consistency matters, I have attended multiple sessions and still haven’t seen the expected results. If more sessions were necessary from the start, that should have been made clearer before I committed to the treatment. I expect a fair resolution for this situation. "My first booking with Lisa landed up being cancelled by her before the appointment family situation, couldn't get a booking for probably a month or so after that finally got in for my massage she was great at that rescheduled again because she was great at the massage so after I decided to book another appointment for my son and I then once again had the appointment cancelled again last minute (another family situation) was asked to reschedule Saturday or Sunday anytime so I asked for Sunday and by the time she responded back to me she had said she was already fully booked for Sunday and that I could reschedule next Sunday instead. Overall she's good at what she does but kinda unprofessional with clientele."

"I received a massage from Lisa. I will never return. She walked into the room before I was on the table and saw me topless. She told me far too much information about her personal struggles and situation. I was there for a relaxing massage. Not her life story. She also had scabs on her forearms that I did not notice until she was finished. I have great concerns about the health of this. I had a rash the next day on my back. I tried reaching out and never got any response. I WILL NEVER RETURN!"

Tatiana is very professional and cares about your well being and providing great service. She listens to your issues and tries to figure out ways to work on them to fix for long term. Easy to find location and building and room are always clean. Overall great experience, definitely recommend booking your next massage there!"
