My Second visit to Rain Spa for a stepping massage since my back hurt a lot from hectic work and I had the pleasure of being treated by Tracy (Chonghui), who was incredibly professional and skilled. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calming, and the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Tracy tailored the massage perfectly to address my areas of tension, using just the right amount of pressure throughout. The entire experience was relaxing, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I highly recommend Tracy for anyone looking for a professional and therapeutic massage at Rain Spa.

I started coming here for pedicures and now I also get my hair cut here too! I love that there is such a range of beauty and spa services in one spot. Even the haircut is like a spa experience. Lana does a wonderful scalp massage with lavender or rosemary. And she knows just how to style my hair for my hair type. Highly recommend!

I've had MIN for the past few sessions and she is divine. Her ability to connect with the nuances of my body as it relates to my activities and lifestyle of which she is able to apply the necessary pressure. Her total body approach to achieve relaxation and rejuvenation is what I feel every time. I trust her to delve further than what I would think I need and is able to identify full benefits of the massage..highly recommend MIN and Rain Spa!

After being a massage client for years, Angela has been a constant favourite and preferred for multiple reasons. The first being how gentle she is in all the ways you would want from a massage therapist at a spa, she is incredibly detailed and effective. Angela remembers the individualized needs of her clients and is always improving her techniques. Very big Angela fan, Rain Spa you got a good one :)

I received this service in July 2024, but it has stayed with me, so I wanted to leave a constructive review. I booked a couples massage for our anniversary and was recommended Rain. I specifically requested two RMTs who could provide deep tissue massages, and even called ahead to confirm that strong, deep pressure could be accommodated. My husband and I both work physically demanding jobs in the hospitality industry and were in desperate need of real relief from built-up tension. My husband’s RMT (an Asian female) was excellent — he said the pressure she applied was incredible, and he left feeling like well-kneaded dough: exactly what we were hoping for. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. My RMT (a Caucasian male) I reassured him that although I may look small, I can absolutely handle — and need — strong pressure. I’ve been told by many past RMTs that my muscles feel like cable cords, so I know what kind of work is required. Throughout the session, I reminded him 3 times to apply more pressure, but sadly, the massage never improved. It ultimately felt like he was just moving oil around rather than performing a therapeutic massage. A bad sign for me — and I think many would agree — is when there’s more pressure coming from just the fingers rather than engaging the forearm or body weight, which can result in a ticklish, uncomfortable feeling instead of true relaxation and muscle relief. While my husband’s experience was wonderful, mine was disappointing, especially given the clear communication beforehand about our needs. I hope this feedback helps future clients have a more consistently excellent experience.

The spa is great. Clean. Friendly. Services are great - I have never had a bad massage there. Her products are also great and cannot find them many places in Toronto. Top of the line. I recommend.
