Irina is amazing. I didn't really know what reflexology was or exactly what I was looking for when I found her. I knew I couldn't keep doing massage therapy because it wasn't affordable for me and the treatments weren't lasting. I googled reflexology under my mother's advice, and found Irina. And I am so glad I reached out when I did. I have had pain in my lower back, shoulder, and wrist since I was 16 from an accident, which have only been made worse by further accidents over the years. Irina's initial questionnaire and her consult showed me immediately that she cared deeply about helping me and she has done so much more than that. I live my life without pain on a regular basis. I can write without struggling or needing breaks (I'm right handed and that was my injured side) and I don't usually feel discomfort anymore. If you are looking for someone who will listen to you, be an amazing friend and supporter, and help you and your body feel 10 times better, I strongly recommend you meet Irina. She has been treating me for about 6 months, and I couldn't imagine not having met her. She explained everything to me from Day 1, and continues to do so at every appointment. She is amazing. Irina is extremely skilled at reflexology. I first started seeing her in 2017 because of pain in my feet. The foot pain went away after only a couple treatments and never came back. I now see her for regular aches and pains and I always leave feeling refreshed and like she completely released the areas that were tight. Aside from her skills, Irina is kind, caring and giving. You know she genuinely cares about you and your family. I would highly recommend Irina for reflexology treatment.

I've been seeing Irina for a few years now and she's incredible. Aside from being so sweet and caring, her treatments are unique and effective, and I always leave feeling much more loose and invigorated. Whether my neck and shoulders are sore from sitting at a desk all day or I have a specific weird pain or issue, she always finds the problem and knows how to fix me up. I'd definitely recommend for anyone to try her treatments!

I was referred to Irina by a friend in 2018. I’ve had lower back issues, pain in my feet and trouble sleeping for years. I was nervous as I didn’t really know much about reflexology. Irina made me feel welcome and really took the time to get to know me and understand the pain I had. After a few appointments I was able to walk pain free on my feet. She had given me stretching exercises for both my feet and back. Seeing Irina has improved my quality of life not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. She has a true gift of healing people.

A friend referred me to Irina and I am so grateful that she did! Irina pinpoints exact areas of pain or stress even if you don’t realize the root of it. She is so good at explaining and treats the cause, not just the afflicted area. After exhausting the medical system, podiatrists, expensive orthotics and specialty footwear for recurring injuries on the knee and excruciating bone spurs and pain in the Achilles, Irina was my first step to recovery. I had more range of movement, less chronic pain, a greater knowledge of mechanics of the body and a plan for healing after only one treatment! When I arrived, I had trouble getting out of my vehicle after stiffening up during my drive in and had to pull myself up the front steps, painfully leading with one foot on each step. She had me claiming steps with each foot after that treatment. Several treatments later, as she tracks where my whole body is needing realignment from so many years compensating for injuries, she has me walking more again! Not only is Irina skilled and knowledgeable at what she does, she has the best personality!

Irina is a master at her craft. Not only does she talk and listen to what is going on in your life and with your body, she uses her knowledge to tailor your treatment to what you and your body need. She is so kind and inviting, you immediately feel like you've known her for years. If you need someone who knows reflexology and massage look no further. I started going to see Irina over a year ago on the recommendation of a good friend. I had been having trouble sleeping for years & it was only getting worse. Right from the minute I first met Irina she was welcoming, caring & very interested in helping me. She was so easy to talk to which made it very easy to open up to her with any health issues I had been experiencing. She asked many questions & then proceeded with her treatment. Her treatment was not like anything I had every experienced before (it was so relaxing & therapeutic). That night I slept better than I remember sleeping in a really long time. I was so happy & relieved as this was a struggle for me for so long & I had tried many things with really no success. My sleep was not perfect as the days went on but I was still sleeping much better than I had in a very long time. I felt I owed it to myself to continue with this treatment so I continued going to Irina faithfully twice a month. Today I have no trouble sleeping at all! I actually have seen improvements in other areas as well & feel better than I did 10 years ago. I am so thankful for what Irina has done for me. She has been a godsent to me & I know I would still be struggling if I had not crossed paths with her! I totally recommend Irina to anyone & do every chance I get.
