I'm so happy I found this clinic. My massage therapist moved and I searched the city for about 10 months before finding Natalie at Renaissance. My first massage at the clinic was wonderful - JUST the right amount of pressure. I was treated with respect, kindness, and compassion. One other thing I noticed was that their sheets, towels, table, and pillows were all really comfy! I'm very, very happy I found this place!!

I had a wonderful experience at Renaissance Massage Therapy! Alexandra is an excellent and highly professional RMT. She took the time to explain everything one by one, making sure I understood the process and felt comfortable throughout the session. The clinic is very neat, clean, and has a relaxing ambiance. I also appreciated the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere—it made me feel at ease right away. The massage itself was amazing and truly relieved my tension. I highly recommend Alexandra for anyone looking for top-notch massage therapy!

I just went there for the first time today. This is a very nice quiet environment friendly people and I recommend it to anybody who wants to relax and have muscles really worked on and relieve tension. it felt very relaxing and hoping some results will come in a couple days for the better

I have went to this place for massages for a couple years now. No real issues. After this last visit, I will never go back. The therapist talked the entire time, brought up trauma & death that happens at my work place that I actually experience once she found out where i worked, ignored my shoulder injury (kept rubbing it), and touched some scars i have and made a big deal about them. Completely inconsiderate and unacceptable! Never again! On top of that, 0 parking accommodations which is a total pain having to walk blocks away after a "relaxing massage" in all sorts of weather elements. I do not recommend this to anyone anymore.

I’ve visited Renaissance Massage Therapy several times, and the experience is always fantastic. The receptionist and RMTs are exceptional, providing excellent care every time. There’s plenty of convenient paid parking nearby, and the direct billing process is seamless. Highly recommend this place—I’ll definitely be back!

THE worst massage and experience I have ever had. From feeling like I was interrupting two staff talking and laughing the moment I walked in, to having a massage therapist who didn't seem to want to be there nor know what she was doing. I have never had a worse massage than what i had here. As a first time customer, I will never go back. Over-priced and under served. Paid for someone to basically make it feel like I was an inconvenience. So disappointed

This is a hidden gem! Had the hot stone and indie massage and it was wonderful. Alexandra was professional ans knowledgeable. The location was clean and beautiful! I will def be booking again!
