I had an amazing experience with RMT Sandra. I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease by the staff at the front desk. The massage was both therapeutic and relaxing, and I left feeling so much better. Sandra is incredibly skilled, professional, and attentive. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience.

I went to Rosewater Spa in Oakville as my birthday treat. What an awesome experience, the staff was very welcoming, the place so clean, the therapists very experienced and professional. I was pampered and treated like a queen. The staff celebrated my birthday with chocolate. Overall I had a wonderful experience and will definitely go back.

It was my first time here and I have to say it will not be my last. What an incredible experience. I had both a massage and facial and I have to say I was amazed by the service and level of excellence from every staff member I encountered during my spa day. Everyone working there is super professional, kind and welcoming. The facility is very clean and kept to a high standard. I had the most amazing facial by Olena who was just so informative and talented, and a very relaxing massage from Eve who was nothing short of professional with a great technique. Thank you for a great experience, very impressed overall!

The staff and ambience are amazing and feels very much like a high-end spa. I did find the massage I received (or my mom received - we came here for her birthday) were not as deep as we usually like them - I asked three times for more pressure and it felt as if it was increased only ever so slightly. My mom had the same complaint. It was still a relaxing massage and environment and the RMTs very sweet and professional, but it just didn’t feel like much.

Booked my mom in for a mini facial at this spa! She was pleasantly surprised. Atmosphere was lovely. Customized care provided as per her concerns. High end products used.. she was especially fond of the rice scrub/ exfoliator. Will return again for sure.

I was gifted a spa package & had the pleasure of visiting this past week. I altered the package slightly, which was kind of them to allow me to. I had an 80 minute hot stone massage, Vichy sea salt body scrub, customized facial & pedicure. I have been lucky enough to have visited a number of spas over the years & I can say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Sandra was my therapist for the hot stone massage, she applied the right amount of pressure, asked how everything was & overall was lovely. Renata was my therapist for the other 3 services & she was fantastic. I generally have never had a good experience with any facial I have ever received, either the therapists are inexperienced, pushing the spa’s products, have never loved it. This facial changed how I feel about them, it was beyond amazing, skin felt great, was as relaxing as the massage. I cannot wait to go back to experience it again. Thank you all at Rosewater for a lovely experience, I look forward to going again in the future.
