I suffer from shoulder and back pain due to my job, and her deep tissue massages have made a significant difference. Clayre is skilled, strong, and attentive to problem areas. my experience was amazing. Matthew assisted me and made sure i was comfortable the whole time and provided valuable advice and information at the end of the session. he made sure the temperature of the room suited me, the pressure of the massage ect. you can tell he is very knowledgeable and personable! I cannot recommend enough!

Unfortunately, my experience at this massage therapy business was quite disappointing, mostly due to the rude and unhelpful receptionist. I received an appointment reminder call, which I had forgotten about the day before. I admitted my mistake and explained that I could still arrive within 10 minutes. The receptionist abruptly hung up on me without any further communication. When I arrived for my session, the massage was great, but I was in a rush and left without realizing I still had a balance to pay. I was called to come back to settle the payment, and when I returned, I explained I was sorry and heading back. Yet again, the receptionist just hung up on me when I tried to clarify. When I was finally ready to pay, the receptionist handed me a $50 bill, which I found odd, as that wasn't the amount I paid last month. When I asked about the discrepancy, she just told me I needed to speak to my benefits provider instead of offering a clear explanation. Overall, the service was good, but the lack of professionalism and the receptionist's attitude left a bad impression. I don't feel comfortable returning after this experience.

Dr. Parmar has been working with both my special needs daughter and myself. We are experiencing immediate pain relief and a greater sense of well being. Dr. Parmar’s approach is friendly, kind and professional. I would highly recommend him.

Royal therapeutics is fantastic and hires quality practitioners. I've been going there since it opened and I've also had treatments at their second location. Rebecca is fantastic! They also offer referral discounts and birthday discounts which is nice. I mostly do massage therapy but I've had acupuncture and physio as well and the staff are really good at what they do which is why I've been going there for years now. The second location makes it really easy if you're on public transit as well.

David is a rarity! Most amazing massage therapist. He combines his classic RMT massage with his training in Shiatsu massage (I find Shiatsu is the Cadillac of massage) he blends them together beautifully and effectively

To add to my last review on Dr. Gary Chan, he is amazing in how he can determine possible causes of your ailments/injuries and analyze the course of action! I came home today and immediately started to praise him and his actions! After getting treatments from him, I would not go to anyone else for Acupuncture!! God Bless You, Gary!
