"Ashley is amazing at giving massages ! In fact, this was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life! I liked how she played the sound bowl and use the tuning forks before she went into a whole body deep tissue massage. She also did a really deeply relaxing, talking meditation while doing the massage. I had never experienced a massage like this in my life. I have also attended her sound bath sessions. These were amazing as well. She plays the sound bowls , which are incredible and also she does a talking meditation and it is such a deeply relaxing experience. Ashley also teaches yoga and she is so good at it. She walks around and helps you get in good alignment and better positioning to maximize the yoga ???? postures. She is definitely an amazing spiritual healer. I would highly recommend that you go see her. Plus, she’s a really cool person!"

This was quick and easy though. You don't have to take anything off other than your shoes. They do a massage and it feels like they're targeting specific points. "I could never hope to properly express in any sort of wordplay the incredible impact this business has had on both my training and my life. I run crane for a living and I workout 5-6 times a week. (Trying to avoid that "fat crane operator syndrome" ya know what I mean?) This means that I often end up overdoing it in the gym OR my hips and low back act up from all the hours of sitting. I used to chronically be in a substantial amount of pain on and off until I got turned on to Gizelle and Adrienne's massage therapy clinic. It's to a point for me I don't even care if my benefits run dry, it's a small, reasonable price to pay and you get a whole lot more than a massage. You get well educated, informed advice on how to continue managing injuries post-session, a level of genuine care and as an added bonus they possess a perfect level of charm and good humor to make the sessions as enjoyable as possible. "Unfortunately, my experience at this massage therapy business was quite disappointing, mostly due to the rude and unhelpful receptionist. I received an appointment reminder call, which I had forgotten about the day before. I admitted my mistake and explained that I could still arrive within 10 minutes. The receptionist abruptly hung up on me without any further communication. When I arrived for my session, the massage was great, but I was in a rush and left without realizing I still had a balance to pay. I was called to come back to settle the payment, and when I returned, I explained I was sorry and heading back. Yet again, the receptionist just hung up on me when I tried to clarify. When I was finally ready to pay, the receptionist handed me a $50 bill, which I found odd, as that wasn't the amount I paid last month. When I asked about the discrepancy, she just told me I needed to speak to my benefits provider instead of offering a clear explanation. Overall, the service was good, but the lack of professionalism and the receptionist's attitude left a bad impression. I don't feel comfortable returning after this experience."

They also offer referral discounts and birthday discounts which is nice. I mostly do massage therapy but I've had acupuncture and physio as well and the staff are really good at what they do which is why I've been going there for years now. The second location makes it really easy if you're on public transit as well."
