From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They asked me about my occupation, and based on that information, they tailored the massage to suit my specific needs. Since I work on a computer a lot, they focused on my shoulders and neck, which made a huge difference. The massage therapist was very attentive to my body’s condition, ensuring to target the areas that needed the most attention. After the session, I felt noticeably lighter and much more relaxed. The therapist continuously checked to make sure I was comfortable, and I really appreciated the personalized care. Overall, the service was fantastic, and I plan to return soon. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends as well!

The ambiance and experience you get here is next level! Every service I've had here was top notch. I love that it is so private, quiet, and calm. The music, the lighting, and the overall ambiance of the space really help get you into a place of mental calm, so you can fully enjoy your time here. Wish I could afford to go here everyday. Would definitely come here again many more times!

I had a full-body oil massage for the first time, thanks to a friend’s recommendation, and I’m extremely satisfied. Since I spend a lot of time working on the computer, my neck and shoulders were particularly tense, but the therapist Skye asked about any discomfort and focused on those areas during the massage, which felt incredibly relieving. I prefer strong pressure during massages, and I was really impressed with Skye's technique. The atmosphere inside was clean and relaxing, which really helped me unwind. This is definitely a place I want to visit regularly.

Stepped into a new place to get a massage. It's called Soul Mind Body Spa in Coquitlam. Oh man... best massage I had in ages. They used essential oils and their facility was so beautiful with heated beds etc.. But to top that, at the checkout, the receptionist says "We saw on your form, your birthday is coming up so my boss quickly put this together for you to take home. ". It was a flower pot decoration. So sweeett Wow... there's good customer service..and then there is EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The massage by Julia was nothing short of amazing!!!

The facilities are clean and the service is excellent. I received a foot massage and a body massage together. I started with a foot massage while drinking tea, and I felt like all the stress in my body was gone. The body massage was good, but I wish the oil was a little warmer. I felt good after receiving the massage and had energy all day:) Thank you so much ~!
