DO NOT BUY THIS DEAL ON GROUPON. I had a lot of issues reaching the merchant over the phone to book an appointment. I kept getting a network error notification. When they finally called me back days later, the lady over the phone said that they no longer accept Groupons - yet they are still listed there. She asked me to contact Groupon to get a refund. I'm extremely disappointed in their poor customer service.
I bought this massage 60 min on GROUPON. I booked appointment for 11.00am on my birthday. First experience was this parking situation!they have no parking, nowhere even around the area!it's all hotels and no spots available. But finally!when I parked my car,I was 10 min late,I called them, to make sure they are able to take me.here lady answered surprised with voice ,like she just waking up and said, hmmmm,I'm sorry, it was no appointment, we will be there only from 1.00pm,they forgot to book me !!????this is a joke. I canceled my purchase on Groupon.
this is a true hidden gem, she help me with sports injuries and occupational maintenance and facial/ detox. please make appointments and be on time as she is very busy.
