I had an amazing experience at Saab Salon, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, while I was waiting for my appointment I was offered a coffee from their beautiful coffee bar which was lovely. For the appointment itself Jordan was amazing! From the head and neck massage when washing my hair, to the techniques used during my cut, as well as the end result of styling my hair, I am so incredibly happy with my experience.

Great experience. I have Indian wavy hair. Very few salons here can manage that. I was very happy with my haircut. Good hair wash and massage. Expert styling. Finally found a good salon in Ottawa.

Had a very good experience! Everyone was very friendly and kind. I had a mani and pedi with Heran, who was especially attentive. I also loved the beard trimming—great job all around!

I had a consultation with Jessie with a clear goal for my hair. She took her time with me, listened very well and asked good questions. After 45 mins. i decided to book a color with her and felt we were both on the same page. The outcome was amazing! She really got what it was i was looking for and i was very thrilled. A lady named kate washed my hair with much attentiveness (keeping the water out of my ears, getting the back of my neck hair clean and removing any xtra color that was left on my skin). The experience of getting my hair washed, with a surprising massage, was a very wonderful experience.

Had a root touch up done at this salon with the cost of 130.00 plus tax. I was very unhappy with the service. The work was so sloppy. After washing and a blow-dry, I noticed several stain spots on the back of neck, on my cheek and around my ears. The stylist who did the blow dry has zero sense of how to style short hair. Not recommending this salon. I will not go back here.

This was the quickest haircut experience I have ever had. I got my hair cut, blow dried, and styled by Frank. I have lots of thick, dark, curly, and virgin hair, meaning that I require lots of layering. Frank worked his magic, and left me feeling brand new. I got so many compliments in my hair, and I’ve never been in and out of a salon that fast. I will definitely be returning.
