My first booking with Lisa landed up being cancelled by her before the appointment family situation, couldn't get a booking for probably a month or so after that finally got in for my massage she was great at that rescheduled again because she was great at the massage so after I decided to book another appointment for my son and I then once again had the appointment cancelled again last minute (another family situation) was asked to reschedule Saturday or Sunday anytime so I asked for Sunday and by the time she responded back to me she had said she was already fully booked for Sunday and that I could reschedule next Sunday instead. Overall she's good at what she does but kinda unprofessional with clientele.

I tried different RMTs around Cambridge and so far, Lisa is the best. I mean they were all good but Lisa was different. I was really comfortable talking with her. Her warm palms were so relaxing specially during facial massage. My body feels complete after. I’ll definitely book more sessions with her.

Lisa is an incredibly kind and experienced therapist. I’ve had massages at a few other places in Cambridge and Guelph, but Lisa is by far the best massage therapist I’ve found. This will now be my regular monthly spot for relaxation. Thank you, Lisa! ????

I have been going to see Lisa for a few years now. She is amazing at what she does and runs an extremely professional business. She is incredibly talented and knowledgeable and has helped me through some very painful muscle strains and pulls. Not only have her treatments helped me feel better physically, but the massage therapy has profoundly reduced my anxiety levels. Thank you Lisa for your hard work and dedication!

I received a massage from Lisa. I will never return. She walked into the room before I was on the table and saw me topless. She told me far too much information about her personal struggles and situation. I was there for a relaxing massage. Not her life story. She also had scabs on her forearms that I did not notice until she was finished. I have great concerns about the health of this. I had a rash the next day on my back. I tried reaching out and never got any response. I WILL NEVER RETURN!

Chelsea and Lisa are great! I tried both of them. Im definitely satisfied. My husband likes it there too. I have been to another massage in town, but I say this is the best so far. I will be coming back.

First off very easy to use booking system which easily provides list of services, time duration and time slots available. Reminders two days before via email or text which always helps me out. Tatiana is very professional and cares about your well being and providing great service. She listens to your issues and tries to figure out ways to work on them to fix for long term. Easy to find location and building and room are always clean. Overall great experience, definitely recommend booking your next massage there!
