Unprofessional. I’ve been to Sheri 3 times now and each visit was worse than the last. My first visit was friendly and comfortable. My second appointment, she was 20mins late, left me with burns and ripped off a skin tag. For my third brazilian wax with her, she completely cancelled. The day of my rescheduled appointment, she called me to confirm the time, when I showed up 10 mins early to my appointment she tells me I’m over an hour late… I told her “you called me to confirm the appointment time and I’m here 10 mins early” she snaps back at me with attitude trying to gaslight me saying she never called me. We get on with the service and about 3/4 way through the wax, she starts sobbing, standing over my privates while I’m in a vulnerable spread position. She also used the wrong wax spatula and witnessed her double dip into the wax…When it came time to pay she told me it’s now $80 instead of $60, which isn’t a problem but I wasn’t informed of her change in prices previously. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Sheri’s Brazilian wax services at she’s so fine Esthetics to any woman, this business unprofessional, unhygienic and unreliable. Please do your research and go somewhere else

Sheri is absolutely amazing!! My first time ever getting anything waxed and I got a Brazilian. I felt so comfortable and she does an amazing job! 100% recommend!!

Overall experience amazing. Will come back and continue to. Sheri is absolutely ???? freaking amazing!!! She is very personable and easy to get along with. She is incredible at making you feel comfortable (even when your who ha is getting waxed) and she has pride in her work and makes sure it's done to the best she can. Absolutely love love love this place. Highly recommend ????

One of the best place to pamper yourself. Lovely ambiance, great staff. What a service, I really want to mention Marie-daniel, she is so amazing, friendly and expert in her work. She goes extra mile to make you feel comfortable.

Had such a great experience with Sheri today!! Such a friendly, non-judgemental environment! She is great at what she does and has lots of great pain relieving tricks to get you through a Brazilian wax!

Never been to a salon but Showed up about twenty minutes to closing as I live far. I just wanted to try and get my girlfriends some sorta day or half day spa or some sorta thing but I didn’t realize the door would be locked and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I wasn’t looking for work there and then just to schedule something for my S.O for after Christmas but not sure how to do that. I realize 20 minutes before closing is close but I don’t think it’s enough to not answer the phone or take appointments on for the future. Rated 2 stars because I didn’t get to see product or hear how my girlfriend likes it but I’ll definitely remove it or score 5 if we can get this sorted out

Been to shes so fine for 2 facials with jessica and was quite pleased. Very friendly and professional. She suggested a couple products for my rosacea. Deffinately be going back.

My favourite place in town for all my spa services!!! Best pedicures, clean and inviting and also the best staff! Always very pleased with She’s So Fine!
