I was just about to schedule my appointment here, but thank goodness I decided to read the reviews first. I came across 신시아’s post, which was already disappointing, but what truly left me shocked was the owner’s response. As someone who works in the healthcare industry myself, I’m fully aware that asking for tips, whether optional or not, is strictly against BC regulations for medical or wellness clinics. The owner’s dismissive attitude, suggesting patients can just “use the skip button,” is absolutely appalling and calls their entire business ethic into question. I’m genuinely horrified by this brazen disregard for proper healthcare standards.
