I've been to several nail technicians since my regular nail tech went on mat leave and always left disappointed. Kaylee did an amazing job on my nails. She was patient and took her time. I didn't feel like she rushed at all. I will definitely book with her again. My only reason as to why I didn't give all 5 stars was their cateye options were extremely slim. Other than that, there was no other issue

It’s been less than a week since I got my nails done here for the first time and all of the shellac nail polish is already lifting from my nails! Not to mention it looked sort of like okay, mediocre, but not great for the price you pay and that my nails were filed in completely different shapes and sizes on each hand - I only realized when I got home and had to file the nails on my right hand to match the left.

Really disappointed by the quality of the bio gel set that I got done yesterday. I did a regular pedicure which was great but my nails look super mediocre for the amount of money that I spent. It’s a bit unclear in the photos but there are uneven parts on the gel and shellac once it dried. I also asked for matte with shiny tips but the tips are done so poorly, some of my nails have shiny parts dripping down my nails. Overall my experience at this location of Sixth Sense was disappointing. I prefer the Vaughn location.

Really happy with my Shellac Pedicure and Manicure. Amy and Jane were both very nice and expert in their job. They asked me if I’m happy with every single finger! The salon was also very clean and in a tip top condition. Highly recommended.

I could not be happier with the customer service here, I’m even always given a nice hot drink. Ivy did these nails, and every time she does an incredible job, making sure I’m happy with my nails and she couldn’t be nicer, her level of service is definitely above most. Highly recommend this salon.

I don’t like to write bad reviews but here it is. I came in last minute for a mani , pedi on a mid afternoon Friday. I used to come here regularly before they changed ownership prior to Covid . Everyone was very pleasant so customer service was not an issue . The duo doing my mani / pedi were nice but clearly very green in terms of experience. The person doing my nails tore my cuticles apart and they were left swollen and now they are full of hangnails and shredded skin. As a result , I only tipped 15% and will not be coming back . There are 6 plus salons in this small pocket of Lawrence Park. We are not lacking here. Lesson learned. I won’t return.
