This was my first time at this location and the staff are incredibly friendly! Stefanie was the RMT and she was very accommodating, ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. Such a great place for massages, I already booked my second appointment!

This afternoon, I visited Solace Massage Therapy Centre, and got a massage from Michelle. The experience was fantastic through and through. Even before you enter, there's a washroom. In the washroom there's a funny sign that says "if you sprinkle when you tinkle, please be neat and wipe your seat." Delightful. Once you step inside the massage studio, you see a model skeleton with a Christmas hat on (I went during Christmastime, but I'm told he wears different hats at different times of the year). And, at the front desk, there's a glass container filled with Lindt chocolates. Yum! The experience is great even before you've had a massage. Then came the massage. It was excellent. Michelle asked me how the pressure was, my injuries, what I wanted to work on, and really listened. Overall, I highly recommend Solace Massage Therapy Centre, and will be visiting again soon.

My experience with Stefanie was terrific. She was very professional and guided me as a first timer through the process. My upper back and neck area have not felt as good for some years I would say. I will book her again for sure.

It was my first time here. The massage itself was good. I was asked if I wanted an eye mask as well (not being informed this was additional $) which I brushed off when I noticed it on the bill. But afterwards, the customer service via email was not helpful at all. They are not responsive and helpful in addressing my questions. So for lack of customer support, I give two stars. Most likely, will not return.

I absolutely LOVE my massage experiences here. I've been going for several months now and each time is always a positive experience. The team does an amazing job at providing a warm and welcoming environment. The staff take the time to thoroughly know what my needs are for the appointment and continuously check-in throughout the massage to ensure I feel comfortable. The staff are well experienced and offer their own unique massage style, which I really love because it offers a unique massage experience each time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Solace Massage for those looking for a professional, clean, safe and welcoming massage.

I have been coming to Michelle and her team for over 15 years. She is a professional who only wants what is best for her clients. As soon as I enter her space, I am greeted and made to feel welcome. Her massages and that of her other therapists are amazing, all of them want the best experience for you, their client. Her entire space is warm and inviting. I would highly recommend their service - consistently outstanding.

Lisa is an intuitive therapist and seems to know exactly what my body needs that day. She has a quiet and gentle nature that suits my disposition and physical needs. Her energy helps me to relax and accept the healing. I won’t go anywhere else!
