"This was my first time at this location and the staff are incredibly friendly! Stefanie was the RMT and she was very accommodating, ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. Such a great place for massages, I already booked my second appointment!"

"This afternoon, I visited Solace Massage Therapy Centre, and got a massage from Michelle. The experience was fantastic through and through. Even before you enter, there's a washroom. In the washroom there's a funny sign that says "if you sprinkle when you tinkle, please be neat and wipe your seat." Delightful. Once you step inside the massage studio, you see a model skeleton with a Christmas hat on (I went during Christmastime, but I'm told he wears different hats at different times of the year). And, at the front desk, there's a glass container filled with Lindt chocolates. Yum! The experience is great even before you've had a massage. Then came the massage. It was excellent. Michelle asked me how the pressure was, my injuries, what I wanted to work on, and really listened. Overall, I highly recommend Solace Massage Therapy Centre, and will be visiting again soon."

"It was my first time here. The massage itself was good. I was asked if I wanted an eye mask as well (not being informed this was additional $) which I brushed off when I noticed it on the bill. But afterwards, the customer service via email was not helpful at all. They are not responsive and helpful in addressing my questions. So for lack of customer support, I give two stars. Most likely, will not return."

"Receptionist’s are incompetent at responding to emails and if you subscribe to the 12 month program (contract), and they have no flexibility even when the therapist’s availability forces you to miss a monthly scheduled appointment or you are ill. After 20 months of loyalty, it means nothing to this organization. I had a 12 month program and did not sign a new contract and they still charged me for missing a month even though no contract exists after the first 12 months. I would not recommend purely based on the front office staff and the inflexibility of their policies. I’m now forced to dispute the credit card charge as fraud by them. ( again, no contract after the first 12 months) Update: an email barring me from the facility because of how rude their staff was to me and I stood my ground. Stay away!!!"

I have already rebooked for January and my wife is going to be booking with jasmine now as well. The location at Taunton road in Oshawa was warm and friendly. Just honestly, save yourself the headaches and go see these guys. Especially Jasmine."

"While I absolutely loved the massage I had, the pricing is a little extreme. I usually go somewhere else and pay much less ( almost to the tune of $40 less) for an hour massage. The girl that treated me , listened to my instruction-I need light pressure due to health issues and she was fantastic. I liked her so much that I re-booked, regardless of the cost."

"Dr. David Carroll is so honest so knowledgable and so smart I literally will go to no one else other than him ever again. Because I went to him and everything was perfect and then I moved, so I went somewhere else and it was awful So I went back to this massage attic to go see him and it was back to being amazing. He believes in quality care and quality items and my experience with him is so good that I will only be dealing with him.!! IF HE LEAVES THIS I WILL BE GOING WHEREVER HE GOES!!!"

"Such a rude receptionist. I actually think she was talking about me with the massage therapist who then came to check me out. I guess she didn't like my vibe and proceeded to gossip about me with the massage therapist. Such a disgusting experience. I felt so violated. Keep in mind you are paying $145 for the massage. Disgusting."
