Booked a couples massage for our anniversary a few weeks ago and loved our experience. After our massage we enjoyed the saunas and baths. We went on a Saturday night and it wasn’t that crowded. Most of the time we were alone in the sauna and jacuzzis. It had a good vibe. Will be back!

Visiting from Vancouver. My friend booked us massages with the spa. Nour was the massage therapist, she was amazing and very knowledgeable about the musculoskeletal system. The actual spa was well equipped and very nice. They had staff bringing us complimentary fruits, smoothies, nuts, tea and water. Really amazing massage therapist and the spa was the icing on the cake.

Booked a couple’s massage here as I thought I’d try out a new spa. Our experience started out pretty good, the girl who booked our appointment over the phone was super nice & helpful. She was also there onsite & explained everything to us. I wish I knew her name! The spa itself looks & feels nice, it was clean & comfortable. We enjoyed the baths for a bit before our massage. We were told one of our massage therapists would be late, which was fine. When she finally arrived, there was not much of an apology for the wait but whatever. The massage was good. This is where I started having an issue. Receptionists aren’t very friendly & one of them was on their phone when we left. I have insurance so I asked for receipts for the both of us to submit. Apparently my guest’s therapist — the same one that came late — didn’t have any left (?) I found that to be very unprofessional & inconvenient. When calling to request it again, I was told they couldn’t do anything and to contact customer service. I sent them a detailed e-mail & got no response at all — they basically ignored it… A few days later they end up sending the receipt to my guest’s e-mail with again, no apology for the inconvenience. Besides that one girl I talked to, this place really needs to work on their customer service. Their prices aren’t cheap either so I expected better!

This facility has no system at all. They booked our tickets and confirmed the availability to us. When we visited the facility, they denied to allow the entry and also failed to refund. They allowed us to book without telling that they will just sell tickets online and then make an excuse to deny entry. They want people to buy tickets online and then come whenever they feel they do not have clients. They said the refund is only possible if we contact Visa. 0/10 and they are very unreliable.

Went with my mom. Had a 90 minute massage and used the hot and cold baths. Great experience. Thank you Isabel for fixing my shoulder pain. And Iman my mom said ..you were small but mighty. The best massage she's ever gotten. Pity we don't live in Canada. Will always stop by when we visit. ❤️

The Spa is small, the water circuits are close to each other. Not easy to get a reclining chair but there are other places to relax. The staff was polite efficient and kept the place clean. I had a massage with Ashley and it was really good. I would return.

Celine (?) gave the best massage! We were visiting from Boston and spent the afternoon at the spa. The front desk was so professional and kind upon arrival. We were shown to the coat room where we left our coats and muddy winter boots. We were then given a robe and a towel and a quick tour. We walked through a lounge where there was tea and couches, And into the large room that had three different baths, two swings and maybe 10 lounge beds on the side. One of the tubs was salt water, one was not, and one was a cold bath with a waterfall flowing down the top center of it. There were green pretty plants everywhere and someone regularly replacing and taking away cold rolled up face cloths on a tray. That was a nice touch because it does get hot using all the different pools and saunas. We then used the steam sauna and the dry sauna and relaxed on the beds on the side and then about 15 minutes before I massage we had tea in the first lounge in the next room. Then we went to the waiting room in the spa area. Our massages started on time and were both very good. I did not tell mine that I am a massage therapist because I don't like to talk shop during my massage. I like to be quiet. She did a fantastic job! And I have had a lot of massages over the past 20 years. She was one of the best. I liked the little smoothie that they give you afterwards and a little container with nuts and fruit. We will be back!!

The bath itself was ok. I didn’t expect much from an inner city spa so I’d give it a 6.5/10. Has everything you need, the facilities however are a bit old and lack of certain supplies. However, this amazing lady named Sandra, who noticed my need and went above and beyond to get it for me, with nice smiles and warm greetings. As I was thinking “well this is good but not coming back”, she made this experience so much better and I’d be willing to come back again. Seriously, someone should give her a raise (or at least a holiday bonus comeon!)
