I was fortunate enough to have an amazing massage with Liam. I loved the heated massage bed and the fact that the bed adjusted. Liam used shoulder pillows which were so comfortable. Liam provided meticulous service with a lot of care for the outcome of my experience. The spa provided some great delicious snakcs post massage in the waiting area. Snack breads, nuts, tea and mocktails. The ladies change-room has a nice sauna and steam room. Fully equipped with blowdryers, hair products, razors and hair ties. They provide lockers, robes and sandals.

Eugene was fantastic! Extremely professional and attentive, while being warm and proficient. The facilities were also very well maintained, clean, and kept up throughout our entire visit. I left feeling relaxed, brand new, and smelling delicious!

First time here at this spa and from stepping foot into the spa and to leaving, absolute 10/10 experience. The staff were all so friendly and kind. Me and my husband came for the 50 min swedish massage, we got the same room together which was great. Our therapists were Catherine K and Nina T. Both were so friendly and the customer service provided was just fantastic. You can come before hand and utilize the steam room and sauna. They also have little snacks and drinks, mimosas etc. The ambience was perfect. Will definitely be back next time! Thank you Spa Utopia

Came here for a massage. All of the staff are so nice! Everyone is welcoming and very friendly, especially the cleaning crew they are truly the best ???? The stars are being knocked off for the actual facility itself. The spa is tired and dated. It truly needs a renovation to modernize the lounge, change room, treatment rooms etc. The spa looks the exact same as when I used to visit back in 2011 which is disappointing given the tough spa competition in the area at Pac Rim.

I had the most amazing facial with Jeselene! She was knowledgeable and professional. The facial itself was relaxing and my skin felt great after! Love the adjustable beds so you are not lying flat on your back as well. The spa atmosphere was overall good but you could hear quite a bit of banging coming from the hall way which did take away for the experience a little bit.

Luxury spa located in the Pan Pacific Hotel. Arrive early before your appointment to use their lounge. They have tea, coffee, and dried snacks. I received a manicure from Jean, the head manager of facial and nail department. Their nail colour selection is great. Although my nails did not cure properly, Jean called me personally to invite me back for a new set. I really appreciated this valuable customer service and how this issue was rectified. Ruby did my new set and she was lovely - very kind, meticulous, and thorough. I want to give praise to the dark skinned receptionist with short hair (Sorry, I could not get her name). She was extremely friendly and genuine from when she called me to confirm my appointment to when she took my payment. Overall, a high-class establishment with stellar customer service. I would recommend this place and will come back for facial treatment.

I had a really good time, I went with my boyfriend because you can spend the money for the insurance with the massage. It was wonderful!! Mark and Megan were fabulous. My boyfriend fell asleep ???? and I was enjoying the 50-minutes massage. The sauna is in the washroom. It is small but smells good. The location is pretty, and it has a European design.

I had a very unpleasant experience trying to retrieve a gift card I had received from this spa. After losing the email with the gift card details, I reached out for assistance, expecting a smooth resolution. Unfortunately, the General Manager I spoke with was not only unhelpful but also extremely condescending. Customer service should be at the heart of any business, especially in a hospitality-focused industry like a spa. I hope this review serves as a reminder that people deserve to be treated with kindness and professionalism, regardless of the situation.
