Incredible spa - water circuit was 10/10! Truly one of the most relaxing and wonderful experiences. Very clean, staff work hard and are knowledgeable/helpful. Facility is large but feels cozy and not too big. Even though there were a lot of people there, it never felt crowded. I appreciated the unlimited towels and tea offerings throughout the facility. Water temperature was perfect and clear signage helped prepare people for the different temperature pools.

We visited on our trip to Quebec City. Let me begin by saying, the spa itself was perfect! The lack of customer service was the worse. For the price the service should have been an exceeded expectation kind of deal. Especially, noting it was a total of 7 of us. They came out good. I would definitely try a different spa when I return… noting that I’m big on spending my hard earned coins at places that provide great service. I would not recommend this place because of that.

The spa was absolutely beautiful!! A very very busy place but so relaxing and peaceful! I had the facial treatment, and Alicia was great! I highly recommend it! Also be sure to bring your own sandals and a water bottle in!

A place where words do no justice, but I will try. Visiting Strøm in Vieux Québec after driving overnight from New Brunswick was one of the best decisions I think I ever made. One of the worst was not planning to stay there for a full day. If you book a massage like my wife and I did at the end of October, you don't have to do a separate booking for the thermal experience. Also, bring flip flops/sandals. Also, plan for a full day if you can and have the budget. The thermal experience is actual a series of unbelievably relaxing experiences ranging from areas of complete silence in the steaming water of various temperature areas to red light therapy chairs in a dark room. As soon as we walked outside in our robes, a small washed over my exhausted face and I knew immediately I could have spent a lifetime here and be supremely content. We didn't get to try the restaurant, but we will next time because everything about Strøm exudes relaxation and tranquility. It's hard for me to calm my mind and actually stay still. And let's not lies to ourselves, I switched locations about every 10-20 minutes, but for me that's fantastic. There are numerous ice cold plunges of various temperatures, sauna, hammocks, fireplaces with comfortable seating and incredible views, waterfalls, the infinity pool on the river and more. It's all amazing.

Felt like the water was not hot enough and the sauna/relaxation/hammocks were full, we had to keep going back to check if there were space. we went on a Friday morning and had made a reservation ahead of time. We stayed till late afternoon and had lunch here as well. Parking is also limited. It was relaxing but wish there were more seating and maybe easier way to know if there’s spots for the hammocks/infrared seats etc.

We had a great experience here although it was a bit confusing at first! We tried to walk around to see what we were supposed to do but someone stopped us and said we couldn’t walk around in street clothes! So we changed and started at one end and made our way to the other end! It was our first time at a Nordic spa but hopefully not our last! It was amazing! There were several different hot tubs, then a few different cold plunge pools, then several relaxation areas. There was a salt scrub area, infrared beds, wet and dry saunas, so relaxing!!

Great place to relax when you are down and need some thorough meditation. Each facility is clean. I enjoyed everything. Lol. I will definitely find time to come back again. Food selection is not that much but the salad i chose was not that bad. Service from the staffs were also welcoming amd warmth, so thanks for a great experience.

One star for Strom Spa! This is pretty much the worst spa I have ever been to in my life and I have been to quite a few. From start to finish the experience was a bust. I am a pretty laid back kinda woman but this place had me shaking my head. The place overall feels like it was all very quickly put together to tap into the spa market as fast as possible. There is no cohesive flow to the space which leads to overcrowding in many areas. The saunas themselves are quite worn and the steam room was very funky smelling. I was told there were 4 saunas but I could only find 3. There was a major lack of signage throughout the facility including warnings in area where ice has built up. I witnessed many folks slipping on ice and then finally had to help my friend who slipped and cut her knee. When I brought this to the attention of a staff member they were not very concerned nor were they apologetic in anyway, which was shocking to us both. The environment was also quite loud. There was no where truly silent where one could relax. It was also filthy. No one was tending to the woman’s change room the entire time I was there which was approximately 6 hours. Several of the toilet stalls had no toilet paper and were not filled during my visit. I could go on and on but that’s enough. I do not recommend nor would I ever go back.
