Swan located in Richmond. The owner Patrick open the door he was very nice with me took me to a room no problems then 5 minutes in the room I heard me yelling at one of the girls for no reason. He treated her very bad. I didn’t see any reason for him to be so violent and rude absolutely no respect for the poor girl he was yelling at. I think something is very wrong at the place is located in Garden City. The Asian girl that came in the room to see me told me he is often like that. She said that he is always mistreating them and she also said he is out of control. I think someone needs to take a deep look at that place and investigates what is going on. No human being should be treated that way. Is not the first time I hear about Patrick’s abusive behaviour. He is not in China this Canada and that kind of abuse is not tolorated. I would spend one more cent there. I don’t agree on how the girls are treated by the owner Patrick

Dropped in and talked with the manager of the place. I was looking for a very firm/hard massage and not the usual light touch type of massage. He suggested a lady who would do a great job. There were 8 or 9 ladies working and I followed his recommendation. Great massage. Very thorough and got rid of the knots in my back. Felt 10 years younger when I left!! Have been back 2 more times and received good massages each time.

I called to ask their service rates and the lady proceeded to tell me to "call back later as they are busy". Excuse me? I am trying to do business with you and make TWO appointments, you just lost 2 customers (myself and my spouse) who are in need of massage very frequently. I called back to tell her that she was unprofessional and that is not the etiquette to speak to customers with. Sorry Swan Lake, but whoever answered your phone at 2:40 PM on Oct 19 needs to be fired.

Great place with registered massage therapists. Felt tense before my flight for work, got my back and neck massage really well, kind of pricey but it was not terrible. Do reserve a date otherwise you will end up waiting like I did.
