"Swan located in Richmond. The owner Patrick open the door he was very nice with me took me to a room no problems then 5 minutes in the room I heard me yelling at one of the girls for no reason. He treated her very bad. I didn’t see any reason for him to be so violent and rude absolutely no respect for the poor girl he was yelling at. I think something is very wrong at the place is located in Garden City. The Asian girl that came in the room to see me told me he is often like that. She said that he is always mistreating them and she also said he is out of control. I think someone needs to take a deep look at that place and investigates what is going on. No human being should be treated that way. Is not the first time I hear about Patrick’s abusive behaviour. He is not in China this Canada and that kind of abuse is not tolorated. I would spend one more cent there. I don’t agree on how the girls are treated by the owner Patrick"

"Dropped in and talked with the manager of the place. I was looking for a very firm/hard massage and not the usual light touch type of massage. He suggested a lady who would do a great job. There were 8 or 9 ladies working and I followed his recommendation. Great massage. Very thorough and got rid of the knots in my back. Felt 10 years younger when I left!! Have been back 2 more times and received good massages each time."

"I called to ask their service rates and the lady proceeded to tell me to "call back later as they are busy". Excuse me? I am trying to do business with you and make TWO appointments, you just lost 2 customers (myself and my spouse) who are in need of massage very frequently. "Leela Eco Spa is a great spa but the reason I go there is because of Ed Stolar. He has been my massage therapist for well over a decade. He is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable about different massage techniques, but also genuinely attentive my individual needs. Whether you're dealing with chronic tension, an injury, or just need to unwind, Ed creates a welcoming environment where you will feel truly cared for. Highly recommend!"

"Would not recommend. I've been going to Leela Eco Spa on and off over the years for various treatments including massage and hair removal. I would say service overall has been very mid- they get the job done, albeit not well but good enough. My last appt was for a massage and it was absolutely terrible. Probably one of the worst ones I've had. The pressure was ALL over the place, no technique whatsoever. You could tell my massage therapist would get lazy at certain points and would just start rubbing oil all over my back to take up the time. She was also abrupt in her communication. I tried to contact Leela Eco Spa about it and to provide feedback but not a single person got back to me, hence the 1 star review. Best going to a more local/small business and not a chain."

"Experience was very good. I was experiencing muscle tension in my back causing me extreme pain for basic every day tasks. After consulting a doctor, it was tecommended I start frequenting massages. I went with the one hour session and when the session was over, my mobility is almost perfect, still need some more work but I wasn't exactly expecting one session to be the end all be all either. From previous massages in the past, this place did it for me. Will be booking again soon, thank you to all the staff for making this experience a pleasant one, will be recommending others in the future."

"My entire experience was fairly amazing and well overdue, having opted for a hot stone massage for the first time. Absolutely no regrets to try it. The massage I received was thorough, and the massage therapist listened to and concentrated on my problematic areas. It's not necessarily a complaint rather than constructive criticism, I suppose. My feet, which I have been very achy and an area highlighted with extreme need, were completely ignored. I didn't mention it during the massage, but I'm also uncertain if this is regular practice for massage therapy. Other than that, the aromatherapy offered was an added bonus that was very welcomed and thoughtful of the therapist. I highly recommend Leela ecospa and will return again"
