I had a wonderful first experience at this hair salon. They were quick to accommodate me into their schedule the next day after I called. My hairdresser, Chantal, was very skilled and meticulous. I got a haircut and perm, and the end result was everything I had hoped for. Knowing my hair history and how I wanted my hair to look, she carefully crafted a plan, including hair care, to preserve the curl of my perm and health of hair. I also had my eyebrows shaped and waxed by Quin. She mapped my brows and gave me perfectly arched brows that accentuated the shape of my eyes. Thank you, Chantal and Quin! Been trying to look for my main salon in London and I finally found it. Before they started, they consulted and gave me advice on what's realistic and best for my hair which I appreciated.
