The Upkeep Shoppe is my go to place for manicures and pedicures, for a number of years and I can't recommend it highly enough. The quality of service is consistently outstanding. My nails always look flawless, and the results last longer than anywhere else I’ve tried. Both Maylee and Alex are incredibly skilled, warm, and attentive. The whole staff make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. One thing I really appreciate is how accommodating they are. Whether I’m booking last-minute or need a little extra time, they always go out of their way to make it work. The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and perfectly suited for unwinding while getting pampered. If you’re looking for a spa that combines top-tier service with genuine care and professionalism, this is it. An absolute gem !

The Upkeep Shoppe always has the best polish and best service. The polish is longest lasting due to expert technique. I’ve been enjoying their expertise now for more than a year and will continue to do so while I can.

It was only recently that I became aware of the Upkeep Shoppe in spite of it having been in business for several years. I am so glad that I did as I will now be a regular! The upkeep shoppe, is my go to pedicure spa spot in Ottawa, for girls day with friends. It’s in great location & very clean spa. The spa also offers facials. Best pedicure's, best manicure's, from the variety of options and array of colors of regular polish & shellac. They are the most professional staff I look forward to top notch quality service from the best spa in Ottawa.

I love Upkeep Shoppe, I have been going here for many years mainly for pedicures, but they have so much more available. Everyone that I've dealt with there has been wonderful, especially Kiana at the front desk and Rina for pampering my feet. It's always so relaxing, good quality pedicure that lasts months, an indulgence without being too expensive. Beautiful space and wonderful people and amazing service, that's why I keep going back ❤️
