I was referred to Ryan by friends back in January 2025 for a sore hip issue I'd been dealing with for the past year. Initial assessment was thorough and Ryan is just an all around great and very knowledgeable guy. He explained that its not possible to completely "fix" the underlying arthritis issue and flareups might occur but after the initial few sessions, including exercise recommendations to be done at home, I'm feeling better than I have in ages!! He's really improved my quality of life. I'm taking it day by day but am extremely grateful for Ryan's help and ongoing guidance. I'd highly recommend his services.

Therapeutic Streams was recommended by friends. My initial assessment for a sore neck resulted in Ryan identifying a balance and gait issue. He instructed me on various exercises and my gait is now good. Treatment for my neck pain is progressing nicely. The friendly staff and humorous Ryan make visits enjoyable. Would recommend this practice to everyone.

After experiencing some numbness and tingling in my face, I went to see Dr. Elijah Stevens for chiropractic care. He provided a thorough and care centred treatment over a few weeks that made me feel comfortable to keep coming back even now that my injury is resolved. Dr. Steven’s helped me to understand how aspects of my daily life were contributing to the numbness and tingling and how adjusting things like my work setup, posture and stretches would help me in the long run! Perfect visit from beginning to end. Reception lady was very welcoming. Sujith was amazing, best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had many! This man knows his stuff! He was very thorough and took the time to show me a stretch to do at home. Thank you! I will be back! And it’s a 3 hour flight! Lol

I recently injured my neck/back and was looking for a last minute massage booking. Alessandro was my RMT and he did a fantastic job! He was so thorough, communicated really well and did a great job focusing on my problem areas. I woke up the next day feeling immensely better and able to move much more freely. Great service!

Doctor Elijah Stevens is the best! He is an amazing chiropractor and person. He provides adjustments, muscle release and provides recommendations to ensure you feel your best. He always ensure you’re comfortable, and provides a very relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!!

Dr. Elijah Stevens is a Godsend; skillful, a pleasure to chat with, and knowledgeable in his craft. I walked in with two tennis elbows, two golfer’s elbows, and associated issues with the shoulder etc(you get the hint) - basically as someone who couldn’t lift his phone anymore. Dr. Elijah had me getting back to my sports within six weeks; with a great schedule of strengthening exercises, and a list of ‘not to dos’ strictly attached! Therapeutic Streams has the very best professionals in Oshawa and nearby areas- a must try for all!
