I used to love Thrive but unfortunately things seem to have gone downhill. I’ve had multiple appointments cancelled on me, and there’s no availability for 2-3 months. It should be a priority to get clients in who waited and were cancelled on. Unfortunately I’ll have to find a new place in the area.

I've been going to thrive since it opened. I find it very difficult to take the time to care for my body and mind and Thrive has always been very accommodating and understanding of my needs. They are thoughtful in their approach and make me feel comfortable which is essential for people like me who may find taking this time tough. Dr. Clive was the first chiro to really help me understand what was happening in my body to create injury. As someone who needs to stay active, he offered straightforward guidance without shame or judgment. My RMT Kelly and the admin staff at Thrive (including the clinic owner Tammy) always go above and beyond knowing me enough to help me book ahead and offer me an extra 15mins on the table when they know it's been a rough go. I know I can come to my monthly massage apt and be silent if I need to or chat for a bit if that feels right. I appreciate this clinic and commute in for my apts because it's worth the drive.

A fantastic clinic with a wide variety of services. Love getting my massage from Jenn M but also any other RMT team member! Amazing chiro sessions with Dr.Clive. Great team managing the appointments and billing, with reminders and plenty of notice for any changes. Highly recommended clinic!

Tammy is the best of the best in her field and such a good human and wonderful person to be around. as any apt based clinic, there are specific policies such as last minute cancellation and it is something i respect. the one star below has no merit. thrive is the best of it’s kind. ????

This is the absolute best wellness clinic in Burlington! The clinic is so pretty and inviting, the front desk is friendly and helpful, they offer direct billing!
