I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was just amazing. From the moment I stepped in, the environment just invites you to slow down and relax while you slip their slippers on. They have water and sweets and tea after service. Their beds are heated which was a nice surprise! Amber was amazing, kind and always checked if I was good with her pressure. The washroom is clean and spacious too.

Just here few hours ago with my husband for a couple massage. He made reservation just this morning and luckily we've got a spot. Eventhough the place is more than half an hour from our place, we drove. No regrets! Place is clean and smells good. The linen were soft and warm. It's silky! So comfortable! Staffs talk in soft tone voice. I like peace & noise free when we're in a spa. RMT service were excellent! We will definitely come back next year with extra time. Thanks to their complimentary peppermint tea perfect for after massage drink w/ fortune cookies. A not expected thing though from a spa place where we've told there's 15% gratuity on top which you will be asked if you need to do some adjustment with the tip. For me, I am satisfied with the service and place therefore I can say they earn the tip.

My boyfriend and I have been to the Markham location before but this was our first time at the Vaughan location. The place was stunning and kept very clean. We purchased the Zen Revival package and it was amazing! Our RMTs (Yan and Kim) were very nice and always made sure to ask if we were comfortable and if the pressure was okay. Overall, an amazing visit to Tsingtao and we will definitely be back!

I recently visited Tsingtao Wellness Spa and opted for a medium-pressure massage, and it was an incredible experience. The therapist Sheng Zheng was very skilled, applying just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension without causing discomfort. The medium pressure was perfect—it really helped to work out the knots in my back and shoulders. The tummy massage was gentle yet effective, helping to soothe and relax my abdominal area and the foot massage was equally impressive. I felt the effects immediately, with a sense of lightness and relaxation spreading throughout my entire body. The spa atmosphere was serene and inviting, adding to the overall calming experience. The staff was professional and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the session. Love this place! My partner and I try to go in for a couples massage at least once a month. I always book with Sheng Zheng and get the signature massage. While my partner books with Dennis and gets the deep tissue massage. They are both amazing, professional and friendly. The facilities are very clean, renovated and relaxing. I wouldn’t quite call it a spa since there is no steam, Sauna or pool. The customer service is also amazing. Booking is a breeze, they make you a cold or warm slightly sweetened tea at the end of your massage and massages start and end on time.

I feel relaxed and refreshed after my 1h 45min Zen Revival package with Kim. The tea served during the reflexology was lovely. Definitely not cheap with the tax and mandatory tip added, but I didn’t mind. Thank you Tsingtao!
