"well i have never been there but i ordered products online and dont antone out there do it.they are a money hungry cheating company.so i had ordered an before i got them i had found online at a different place better products so i thought when i get the products from here i will just return to sender and that way the box was never opened.I dont care if they had a policy but what kind of business would not give your money back on unopened products.this store kept 50 bucks of my money because of packing fees.so what does it take a special person to pack a box with a few items and tape it.this is outrageous.they likely dont make enough money so they have to come up with things to swindle the consumer.I will never buy from them again and i hope no one else does neither. jane woodcock yarker ontario."

"I have seen Ben for several years for massage and Prisma for nails and pedicures. Both of them are exceptionally professional and caring in interactions with their clients. They are caring and listen to my needs each time I see them. If you are considering going to a clean, comfortable and friendly spa, Sendero is your place. I do not see Blake for massage however would not hesitate to if Ben was not available. He is equally professional and friendly. Sendero is the best spa in every way."

They have water and sweets and tea after service. Their beds are heated which was a nice surprise! Amber was amazing, kind and always checked if I was good with her pressure. "Just here few hours ago with my husband for a couple massage. He made reservation just this morning and luckily we've got a spot. Eventhough the place is more than half an hour from our place, we drove. No regrets! Place is clean and smells good. The linen were soft and warm. It's silky! So comfortable! Staffs talk in soft tone voice. I like peace & noise free when we're in a spa. RMT service were excellent! We will definitely come back next year with extra time. Thanks to their complimentary peppermint tea perfect for after massage drink w/ fortune cookies. A not expected thing though from a spa place where we've told there's 15% gratuity on top which you will be asked if you need to do some adjustment with the tip. For me, I am satisfied with the service and place therefore I can say they earn the tip."

We purchased the Zen Revival package and it was amazing! Our RMTs (Yan and Kim) were very nice and always made sure to ask if we were comfortable and if the pressure was okay. "Love this place! My partner and I try to go in for a couples massage at least once a month. I always book with Sheng Zheng and get the signature massage. While my partner books with Dennis and gets the deep tissue massage. They are both amazing, professional and friendly. The facilities are very clean, renovated and relaxing. I wouldn’t quite call it a spa since there is no steam, Sauna or pool. The customer service is also amazing. Booking is a breeze, they make you a cold or warm slightly sweetened tea at the end of your massage and massages start and end on time."
