I had a Swedish RMT massage. It was pretty good. The wait for the hot water to come out of the shower tap was so long that I thought perhaps the hottest was lukewarm water, but it did heat up to a hot temperature. I didn't like that the pool access from the spa almost seemed like a back entrance with a flight of stairs down, but considering that it's an older building, the pool and hot tub was pretty good for what it was. I had the whole spa/pool/steam room to myself and that was such a luxurious experience!

Larissa is a beautiful soul. I am so blessed to have received such an amazing treatment from her. She is very insightful, and goes out of her way to help you mentally and physically. I felt so relaxed after my wrap treatment and it didn’t stop there. Larissa went out of her way to write me out links and books to improve ones well being. She also sent me home with some amazing yoga positions and stretches in details. Thank you so much Larissa for your education and positive energy. Larissa compliments the spa????????????

Weakest deep tissue massage I've ever had. More like a rub down. Front desk seemed bored. No soap in the shower to wash off oil. Very dissapointed. As a gift from my wife, I was super looking forward to it. Don't recommend. Had higher expectations for a spa at Sutton place hotel

My husband and I were in today for the Restorative and Relaxing Classic Massage. I hope I remember their names correctly - Victoria and Eva were fantastic, as was the receptionist. Thank you for a positive experience!

I had a facial from Gabby and she was an absolute gem. She took the time to explain lots of information to teach me about skin care and issues I've been experiencing. She really cared. The front desk also gave me free bath salts as a birthday gift upon leaving! It is a bit overpriced for what you get, but overall still a great experience :)

Overpriced and underwhelming service and facility in comparison to other reputable high-end spas. - No registered massage therapists. - Steam room is tiny and it wasn’t very clean. Black and orange stain (mold?) in between tiles. - Locker/Bathroom is located outside of the spa away from the treatment rooms and is shared with hotel guests. - They use tiny paper cups to serve water in. - Bath towels are rough, not soft or fluffy, and small. - Plastic flip flops they provide is very thin and uncomfortable to walk in. I personally wouldn’t recommend this spa to anyone and I will not return. I’m sure they get enough business from the hotel guests.

This Spa is amazing. They have a really nice lounge to hangout after the service. The service from the front desk is very friendly and efficient. I got a facial with Natsuko and she was amazing. This is the best facial I had. She compliments the facial with a massage (a real one) on your face, scalp, neck and shoulders. She is very knowledgeable about skin. I enjoyed my facial very much and my skin looks amazing. I recommend the spa and Natsuko anytime.

Rosario (spelling? Sorry!) completed a beautiful manicure. Ambiance was calm and relaxing. My bestie had a massage and she told me is was lovely and relaxing. Will definitely book again next time I am in town.
