It should be called “No Water Cube”…my husband and I went in for a one hour foot massage and it was mediocre at best. It was the first foot massage we have ever been to that did not offer a hot water foot soak before the massage. The staff were nice enough, but our massages were weak and ended early. To complete the disappointing experience we felt completely ripped off. We could not fathom how our two (less than a full hour, without water) foot massages cost $179.20?!?! There was no tip option (thankfully), however I feel like they tipped themselves as there was no breakdown on cost. It’s on us for not knowing pricing before we committed, needless to say we will not be back. I don’t often write reviews but I am hoping to spare others. Just don’t.

This is the best massage spa in Richmond! All staff is super friendly, and the place is very clean. Great place for foot massage with my girlfriends. The lounge area is super spacious where we get our foot massages. The body massages are single rooms but every masseuse I've tried are so skilled. They offer a variety of drinks and snacks too!

Best Massage place in Richmond! The sauna area is a great place to chill with your homies. They had the Canucks game playing on large screens while we ate snacks. The massage was great too! The sauna area alone makes this trip worth it!

This place gives the best massages in Richmond! They were super friendly, and the place is very clean. The new renovations of the shower, sauna area, and the general chill area make the place feel so nice. New tiled floors are slip resistant compared to other places in Richmond where the floors were super slippery. Honesty just the renovations make it worth coming here. Michelle gives great massages and is very nice.

Best massage place in Richmond hands down! I haven’t been here for the past 3 years because of covid, I already knew this place had great massages and nice atmosphere, but I was blown away when I came back. The new renovations of the lounge area are absolutely fantastic, they added more saunas and even re did the whole flooring.

The front desk is like works for free. And all the massager stuff are really greedy for money ???? ,how to rip you off. Offering private services. I don’t know. if they are allowed. At least have a good customer service please.
