It was my first time at Skoah today and I had a facial from Juliana. It was so wonderful and relaxing. My skin feels really great. I don't get them often so this was a nice treat. I will definitely be back :)

Wonderful facial with Marina where I left feeling SO relaxed and my skin felt great, but I was very disappointed in the client experience. I found out firsthand that the Skoah LoLo location is a franchise, unlike the other Skoahs, and they do not honour member perks such as a free upgrade on every fourth facial. This was not written/ communicated anywhere (I purchased my membership from Yaletown but it is valid at any Skoah location… or so I thought!) so imagine my surprise when I booked a complimentary upgrade and was downgraded to a regular Power Facial during my appointment! I was told that I should book with Yaletown directly to receive my member perks. I understand the cost of doing business but it would have been nice to know beforehand that my complimentary upgrade would not be honoured, so I could have had the option of booking at a different location. This put a damper on my overall experience, but there could be something that needs to be ironed out between franchisees and corporate. Bummer.

My time at Skoah spa was delightful. The treatment room looked so appealing and inviting with the "bed" covered in bright white sheets, pillow and duvet. I had a cleansing, relaxing facial which was perfection thanks to Genelle (sp?). I will return. Phyllis Mary Bell

I had the most amazing experience yesterday at Skoah Lower Lonsdale! I have never had a facial and was gifted a Facialicious by my family. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by the lovely, warm, friendly and very helpful Cassidy to the extraordinary Facialicious by Juliana. I thought I was having a facial, and it was way more than that. A wonderful massage, extraordinary, meaningful and very helpful conversation with Juliana. She was such a lovely human being - I felt that I was having a much needed mind/ body healing experience! And my skin felt amazing afterwards! Thank you Cassidy and Juliana!!

Marina was absolutely the best!!! She took care of me the moment I walked in the door, and made me feel super comfortable. The facial was super relaxing and Marina gave me the best shoulder massage, she literally made me feel like I was melting. If you go request Marina!!! Lovely store and environment<3

I had a 45min facial. I don't get them often but I had a giftcard and wow it was amazing. the staff were all super friendly, the bed was so comfortable and warm, my skin looked so nice and healthy afterwards and it was just such a lovely experience. Would recommend!!!

I love popping into Skoah for a facial. Their facials are so relaxing and my skin is glowing after. The staff is super friendly and have always tried to be accommodating if I am running late due to parking or child care issues.

I have been going to this Skoah location for 3 years now and it's my favourite one! Yavanna (owner/manager) is always so friendly and kind. The skincare specialists (Suleikha, Olga, Marina, just to name a few) are kind, professional, caring and absolutely marvellous with their hands. I look forward to my monthly facials to relax and rejuvenate. Ever since I started going for regular facials and using their products religiously my skin has never looked or felt better and I continuously get compliments on it. Thank you Skoah LoLo!
