The oversized Turkish towels provided for the steam room were a thoughtful touch. "Absolutely Amazing Signature Facial! I used my Christmas gift card for a signature facial at Hammam Spa, and wow, what an amazing experience! The whole place has such a calm, peaceful vibe, which makes it feel like a little escape. The esthetician took the time to analyze my skin and customized everything just for me, and one of the highlights was the extractions. The products smelled so nice, and the facial massage was so relaxing—I nearly fell asleep! I can definitely see the difference, and I left feeling so refreshed. Highly recommend this facial!"

"Love love love, honestly wish I could have stayed longer. The facilities are actually so beautiful. Amazing attention to detail, the tiles and stone work. I had a package that included pedi + mani. Went into the Turkish bath, was soooo rejuvinating. Sadè playing in the background. The staff was so kind and comforting. They did a great job on myself and sister. I would go back 100% again. Wish it was sooner. Id love a body treatment of sometype."

"I recently visited and had a custom facial with Paris. She was attentive to my needs and the facial was amazing with nonstop care for the 60 minutes that seemed longer! I looked and felt great-Paris is fabulous! ❤️ The atmosphere was relaxed and serene with the dim lighting sending me into a state of calmness. I left with the softest feet after my pedicure. The receptionists were friendly coming and going completing an afternoon of pampering."

"I had a really disappointing experience at the Hammam Spa on Bayview and unfortunately would not return or recommend this location. We were about 10 minutes late due to mistakenly going to the King Street location first, but I called ahead to explain and was told it wasn’t an issue—they said they’d simply move our steam session to after our treatment. However, from the moment we arrived, the staff were cold, snobby, and completely unwelcoming. There was no hospitality, no effort to make us feel comfortable—just judgment and attitude. The treatment itself felt rushed and impersonal, and there was no explanation of what was included or what to expect. I genuinely regret not booking at the King Street location instead, as I imagine the experience would have been far more professional and pleasant. The vibe at Bayview—from both staff and clientele—was cold and uninviting. For a spa that positions itself as high-end, the service was far from it. Definitely not worth the price or the hype."

"What an amazing spa!!! I came for a 60 minute facial and I loved it!!! I even fell asleep while the masseuse was working on my face, loved it! The steam room was an amazing treat. The staff was super friendly and super professional, everything was meticulously clean! I came on a Sunday mid-afternoon and it was very quiet, which was great as I was enjoying the steam room all to myself! I can’t wait to come back and get pampered again!"
