"First time at this spa- first time getting gensis laser done! Right off the bat the person at the front desk was sooooo nice! She had a beautiful smile and was so down to earth and friendly! It was a very short wait until I was moved to the room for my service. The girl who did my service was also so warm and friendly! I felt very comfortable the entire time. "I booked a facial. The receptionist was very nice when booking and on my appointment date. The service itself i would not recommend to others. The music was not fitting for what is supposed to be a relaxing service. The woman that provided the strive did not explain any items placing on the face. When she was done she announced done and disappeared from the room and the location. Was strange. Would definitely suggest going to a larger spa. This location has lots of parking at the back but that's the only thing going for it. Decor is quite strange. Ceiling in the room is was in had a very small note written in it and pasted sideways. The lighting was also very harsh."

"The best place for body massages! I took a full body massage service with Darna, it was amazing. My pain just went away with her massage technique. She is really really good! She was checking in between to make sure I am okay with the pressure and technique which I think is so important. They also have add on services with massages like I included the Indian head massage and cupping technique which were again so good. I am so looking forward to get more massages done. Their entire staff is great! I highly recommend this place and all their services!"

"CAUTION: STRICT POLICY! Booked same day appointment but couldn't make it on time due to road conditions, but their policy is at least 19hrs prior notice for cancellations, hence they will not reschedule regardless of the situation. Long story short the only offer was I can send someone else for that exact time slot or store credit towards their products only. Lost $155. As they take full payment to book. Place looked sketchy and quiet when I went in to inquire, should have walked away with the gut feeling. Those other reviews seem odd, well not these days with technology. Very disappointed and disgusting. Where is humanity for God sake!"

"Cheap service. That is the only word describing this place after management’s lack of response to the situation. How staff was unprofessional and untrained for basic manicure. Gel was peeled fully after 3 days and lady took 2 hours to do basic nail paint. The massage rooms are cold and staff os ganging up while clients are getting waxed. No compensation and paid $500 plus"
