At the start of the session, she takes time to check in with me, her music is exceptional and room very warm and inviting, and her hands are strong and full of love. In only two sessions, I feel so much better but also catch myself in postures that she pointed out are harmful to my spinal alignment. "based on reviews and price point of the services here i expected a lot higher quality of care, and was very disappointed. arrived a few minutes early for my massage and when brought to the room the first thing the RMT said was “since i am running behind it’s just going to be a 45 minute service today”. which doesn’t make sense to me, that i arrive on time and my service is cut short because of her failure to manage her time? secondly, i requested specific areas be worked on but was not listened to at all. she spent the majority of the service working on an area i did not request, and spent the last few minutes rushing through only half of the areas i asked her to work on. also, not relaxing at all as it was very loud with people in other rooms and in the halls talking. with every other massage i’ve had i have never experienced such disruption?"

"I have always enjoyed my massage experience in here and it is my only place to go for a massage. However, it is highly recommended that massage therapists wear a mask while doing their job especially when they have bad breath. This last time that I went for a massage, my therapist had eaten garlic and I had to tolerate her breath for 50 minutes so that I couldn't enjoy the message. It was even worse when it was the time for facial massage which involved a very close distance. I didn't say anything to her directly as I didn't want to hurt her feelings, I suffered a lot, though. So, please tell the therapists to wear a mask especially if they have eaten foods with strong flavours so that no one is bothered. THANKS!"
