"I went in today to get my 6 month olds ears pierced! I was so nervous being a first time mom, but they were very reassuring. They did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable and baby was comfortable. The lady who helped us took her time to map out the dots on her ears before piercing. They ended up piercing both ear lobes at the same time which I thought was a great idea. It was an awesome experience! I highly recommend if anyone is looking for ear piercings!"

The way she gently caresses and soothes your face was so relaxing I almost fell asleep and best of all, my skin looked & felt amazing afterwards. "Spirit Spa was a wonderful experience. From the moment you walk in, the hostess greets you and offers to take your coat, you are escorted to a beautiful seating area where there is coffee/tea served to you (hello, full service). The best part though, is sitting in the chair of a brilliant stylist, “Manny”. Might I add, I love in Toronto and had my hair done here because he was available. Manny is greatly skilled at colour and styling, he listens to what your wishes are. He will gently guide you through the process all awhile acting as your therapist too (sorry Manny). His kind, warm and spiritual nature immediately puts you at ease and you know you’re in good hands. Every visit I have (mostly Toronto) I walk out feeling more refreshed and beautiful as ever. I would highly recommend Manny for your next pamper day! He’s always booked up so squeeze yourself in there to hold your spot! See you real soon!!"

It was my first time here today and I was very pleasantly surprised at how stunning the atmosphere was, I was greeted by a lovely woman who offered me coffee or other yummy drinks, and lead to a beautiful waiting area. I’m used to bringing a little bag with a water bottle and a red bull, but that’s not needed here! How lovely! Jenna did my full highlight and she was wonderful, absolutely professional and so sweet!
