"I've been going to kinjou for 5 months now and Monica has always been my lash tech. I was one of her lash models when she started and I've always loved how she accommodates my request to make my eyelashes look natural. As always, she's very professional and nice. Kinjou staff are all trained to give you the best eyelashes and they are all nice and I love how they make sure that you get 100% taken care of. I never had an issue with appointments or anything else. Highly recommend!"

"My technician, Lynn, is really great. She recently moved here and has been a lash technician for over eight years. My first time there, she showed me various options for length, style and curl. I had a few things I liked and didn't like so for my next time, she took all of that into account and gave me amazing lashes!!! It's awesome because I just wake up and I don't really need to much - just take good care of my skin. The manager, Jessie, has also been really helpful and I was very uncertain if lash extensions would work for me. She really listened to what I wanted and coordinated with Lynn. The whole team is really kind and on top of the great lashes, you sit in a comfy chair with a blanket. Adult nap time! :) Definitely recommend!"

"Had a previous good experience until one appointment where a had a different technician after they rearranged my appointment. Paid for a diamond set - $140!! Lashes were much less full, colour was changed from black and I was not informed, and lashes fell out within 10 days. Instead of listening and offering compensation, the manager said I was being accusatory and did not believe there was any problem with what had happened. Well they lost a customer pretty quickly, not the best way to run your business with such poor customer service. When you're paying such a high price, there are other places in Vancouver to get your lashes done that don't immediately fall out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!"

"Feeling super ecstatic about my new lashes!! Kinjou Lashes had an amazing group of team that were always able to suit my needs. The comforting and calming atmosphere made the hour go by quickly. My eyelash technician had a bubbly charisma that made the entire experience enjoyable. Aside from the lashes, I was recommended to go to Cindela Wedding on Kingsway, which appears to have eyelash extensions by Kinjou technicians. The only difference being they had some of the most beautiful dresses ever and also a new service, waxing. Waxing may typically come off as painful, but this experience was not painful at all. You could barely feel a thing! Definitely recommend! Service, quality, and efficiency are all at the top."

I did not know anything about eyelash extensions, curls, shapes and etc. But they kindly explained all the curl types and looks that they can do for me. I wanted to look natural yet dramatic. And the service was PERFECT. They were sooo kind and professional, and explained how to care my lashes. I am glad to find this place. The prices are reasonable compare to other stores. "The girls who work here are so sweet. They gave a discount on an upgrade and even sacrificed their break to take the extra time to install them. My eyelashes look amazing.
