"I have never been to a massage therapist before. Came in with a couple issues in my back. A recent injury to my upper back is what brought me in. The other issue was chronic sciatica. It had been with me for three years at varying levels of pain. Jen worked on the upper and lower back. I didn't lnow what to expect from massage therapy and I was not expecting much to be honest. However, after the first massage, to my shock, I was pain free in the lower back for the first time in years. We are continuing work on the upper back but it was fantastic that Jen was able to do what chiropractors and acupuncturists couldn't.
