"I am having massages for years at different places and went there, my first visit was not conducted very well and it was totally unprofessional. I entered and asked for massage availability, I was given the impression that yeah for sure. There was a girl who attended me and she didn't tell me if she is having another appointment. I am asked to fill out paper work, during that she was on her phone busy communicating with some one. 10-15 minutes passed like that. Than another girl entered and the receptionist told me she had appointment with her and she will be busy but I can wait for next 10 minutes and my therapist will come. Really, that is the way you deal with customers and waste their time, not telling the truth at first place. I waited another 10 minutes than an elderly lady came. In my paper work I mentioned the problem areas, that were not addressed professionally and she was having low pressure. I am not visiting this place again. Wastage of time and money."

"Shocked, dissaponted and heartbroken… Olga gave me a gel set and it is the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. Different shapes on the nails and ombré is spotty and inconsistent and done with a sponge… something I have never seen done by a nail salon. Really frustrated to have paid a premium rate for this quality of work not to mention the 2.5 hour appointment and harshness with the tools."
