"I wouldn’t recommend this place. The receptionist lacks basic customer service skills and insisted on adhering to a strict 24-hour cancellation policy, even in the case of unexpected illness. She expected customers to cancel their appointments before falling sick, which is unreasonable. Despite explaining the situation and the challenges of attending an appointment with a high fever, she laughed (which was rude) and was keep repeating their policy. As a previously regular customer, this experience has left me disappointed, and I won’t be returning. She didn’t tried to offer rescheduling to me, which depicts."
