"Well, this was a super disappointing experience. We booked with Jenna via e-mail as new patients. When it came time to the day of massage with 'Ashley' - 2 hrs before the appt, Ashley called to cancel stating her child was ill. Understandable, stuff happens - not happy they had no back up person, but whatever it happens. She rescheduled us for Saturday, but we never got a confirmation e-mail or phone call so it's quite likely she never bothered to notify anyone in the office. We show up Saturday - and people can be heard in the house and kitchen, but no one comes out to greet anyone. No one comes out after 10 more minutes and finally, it's passed the appt time so we leave. No one calls us. No one e-mails. I call and get no answer. I e-mail Jenna to tell her whats happened, and to cancel future appointments? She doesn't even bother responding or apologizing. I gave her a full week to respond before coming to write this review. This is garbage customer service and garbage organization."

"My husband booked a couples aromatherapy massage for us for an early Valentines this year and we have nothing but good things to say! We’ve both been getting massages a few times a year for over 20 years and we both agreed this was the best massages we both had. I had Ashley and my husband had Raeleen. We both explained our needs, myself was my neck tension and tight back and my husband has problems with sciatic pain. Ashley worked slowly and with good pressure through the entire massage but focused on my problem areas more than any massage therapist ever has and at no point felt like she rushed through this massage (as I feel with many of my massages in past). I actually left feeling like I got benefit out of this massage as well as super relaxed. Raeleen worked deeply on my husbands problem areas, and even gave us detailed information on exercises he can do to help mitigate any continuing pain, after. Another thing I wanted to point out was the lighting. One of things I really don’t enjoy is the recessed lighting (even if turned down low), the beds in these spas always happened to be placed directly below, so when you turn over, even with your eyes closed it’s still hard to relax fully when I feel the lighting beaming onto my face. At the wellness spa, they use various lamps/salt lamps in their rooms, this allowed me to fully relax even my facial muscles while enjoying the remained of my massage on my back. Hands down HIGHLY recommend this spa!! We absolutely will be back. It was worth every single penny! Thank you again ladies for the wonderful hospitality and experience! - Jamie and Brandon Leitch"

"Enjoyed the services of facial, salt body rub and pedicure. Everything was good and my technician was awesome and the services were suppose to be an hour long each , I did the 3 services and was done in 2 hrs and 15 min so feel that the package wasn’t worth the price as shortage on the time."

"Raelene was very sweet and personable. She treated me with respect and provided a great service - deep tissue massage. It was relaxing but she also made sure to work out problem areas. She was able to identify trouble areas that I was not fully aware of and we discussed potential causes and treatment routes for the future. I think she went beyond expectations and I just wish that I had more time with her so she could work out my kinks further."
