"The installation are okay. The separate spa are a nice touch. But between the speakers from the hotel and restaurant playing music (not relaxing music) and the people talking very loud, some screaming. It is not at all a relaxing environment as described on the site. If you go there to have a spa experience and talk and have your young kid it's the place for you. If you go there to relax and be in low tone conversation avoid it at all cost. For us it was a terrible experience and not worth the money."

"Thanks to a team of well-trained professionals, you can indulge yourself with a range of massage therapy, body treatments, and aesthetic treatments. I experienced the Grapefruit Granita Exfoliation, which is a 50 minutes body treatment. The blend of shea butter and fine sugar granules soften the skin while grapefruit and eucalyptus essential oils stimulate and purify the epidermis. Following the application of the exfoliant, I had to take a shower before the esthetician performs a light modelage to hydrate and nourish my skin. Non seulement leurs traitements sont de mauvaise qualité mais il vous propose sans cesse de nouveaux traitements, plutôt que de vous offrir un service de qualité. De plus, leurs locaux sont dans un état déplorable. Je vous recommande de payer un peu plus cher pour aller dans une clinique qui offre un service plus professionnel. En plus il ont continué les soins pendant une alarme de feu avec preuve à l'appuis par caméra. Le propriétaire n'a pas voulu offrir aucune compensation et a même charger des frais pour le remboursement des autres séances."
