"I've been a proud client of MK Healing & Wellness for around 2 months and I can say without a doubt that Swabrina Bridgemohan is Brampton's best! Her outstanding professionalism & experience, flexible scheduling, attention to detail and simple client registration are among the many reasons why you should check out MK. When I arrived for my first visit, I was welcomed into a very clean, calming and comfortable environment. Because I completed my client registration online prior to my first visit, no time was wasted filling out additional forms or having to re-explain my ailments and areas of concern, Swabrina was ready to start my treatment within a short few minutes. I work a typical 9-5 desk job, so I've been experiencing tightness in my neck, shoulders and upper back. Swabrina was able to quickly focus in on my specific trouble spots and work on loosening many muscle knots. Following the initial treatment on these areas, Swabrina instructed me to perform some simple maintenance exercises that I now practice first thing every morning. Two months later, these areas now feel more relaxed and have enabled me to maintain a better posture at my desk. Since I'm at a desk for 35 hours a week, it's important that I try my best to stay active, so I'm part of a Brampton Slopitch league. One of the unfortunate downsides that come with trying to stay active are the nagging injuries that can occur. Swabrina has helped to suppress my plantar fasciitis by treating the frequent tightness that occurs in my calves and also instruct me on various exercises. Overall, my range of motion and recovery time have greatly improved. Finally, it's important to note that improving my overall well-being is Swabrina's primary focus. She continuously demonstrates this point when you tell her what areas are bothering you and she spends a significant amount of time in the session to treat it and take steps to maintain it. I've been to other RMT clinics where they seem to only hear you but not really listen and the end result is repeated visits for the same problem. This is usually a clear sign of a clinic that is taking advantage of your insurance benefits and using up your annual allowance. MK Healing & Wellness isn't that type of clinic. For this and the many reasons mentioned earlier, I look forward to watching this clinic grow and become even more successful as I remain a loyal client!"
