"What a beautiful, relaxing, wonderful experience! I took my husband for a foot massage for his birthday. He is not a fan of pedicures so I was concerned how this would go for him and neither of us can stop talking about how amazing our experience was. We were so relaxed that we both fell asleep. The 75 minutes foot massage is what we had and that included a hand and arm massage and then on to our feet and legs. I’m not sure what it was completely, but just wow! The soft lights, music, the tea and chocolate, Erica the manager who was so sweet and kind and the girls who so professionally and masterfully massaged…. were all so amazing!! It’s hard to adequately explain how we felt, it’s just something you have to experience for yourself. We have recommended Toe to Soul to our whole family and we are lifetime fans!! Thank you for such a beautiful experience!!"

"Well I have mix feelings. At the end of the day I got a good massage. It was not great though. I have a feeling that the masseuse doesn't have a lot of training in massage therapy. It's like she didn't follow the curvature of any of the muscles. It was strange. And the pressure of the massage was hard to figure out, I went in there asking for deep tissue and OMG I felt her elbows jamming me in the most awkward spots. I asked to lighten up the pressure and she was as gentle after that. She was very apologetic. I went there mostly for my legs and I walked out still feeling very relax and noodly. The 90 minutes massage should have been enough to massage the whole back of me and then turn around and get the front of my leg and then some neck massage, but no. Just my back and my legs, turned around and 10 minutes in the fronts. The lady didn't speak a lot of English. So overall, it's a massage and getting a massage is always great. But I have a feeling they hire people who are desperate for a job after entering the country, but have no formal training in massage therapy. UPDATE : I woke up with a bruise in my lower back exactly the spot she kept jamming her elbow. They don't know what they are doing. Minus 1 star"

"This was my second time here. The first time I had a 45 minute chair massage which was fabulous. A few days ago I had a the bliss option with a full body massage and reflexology session. I appreciate they use olive oil as I'm highly allergic to nut oils. It was very good but the chair massage is still my favorite."

"It was my first time here and the treatment I had was great and I really appreciated it. But when it comes to billing they aggressively pressured me into buying packages. I kept rejecting them and said that I would think about it first but the lady kept on telling me that it’s Christmas promotion right now and it’s last day of the promotion. She also kept trying to book my next appointment. Then when I told her again that I would think about it and call back to book my next appointment she didn’t seem very happy. She then said I can just put in a deposit for now and pay the rest later. Reason why I didn’t want to buy packages right after my first visit is because the minimum is $1500!! And once it’s paid there’s no refund and it just forces customers to go back. Realistically if someone really likes the place and service they will go back without having to be pressured into buying packages. Then why it comes to paying for my visit, she specifically said “tips” multiple times and had to make sure I gave her a good amount. She said the POS machine doesn’t have tips option so she was staring at me putting in the amount so she could add it to the total. After all these she tried to scam me an extra $70 and calculated wrong on the calculator. When I confronted her she just pretended it was miscalculated. Even though the treatment was great I don’t think I would ever want to go back again for how I was aggressively pressurized when it comes to money."

"So these people assume that you would give them tip after paying prices for the already expensive service. I went here 2 months ago for skin treatment. They automatically put the tip amount instead of asking. When I would pay for something they offer which is already a service and then on top of that give tip that's too much. My 1 star is the service they gave me which was good but they lost all the stars because the servers are too greedy for tip. The owners are nice"
