Charlie took the time to ask about any specific areas of tension and tailored the massage to address all of my needs, he also asked me my name (which has never happened at Big Feet due to language barriers...I assume). "I visited Big Feet today for the first time after hearing great recommendations from a few friends. I booked a full body massage and a half foot massage. The staff were friendly and professional, and I appreciated the convenience of booking an appointment on the same day—I was able to get in within the hour, which was great. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The body massage was painful and uncomfortable. The therapist used a lot of elbow pressure, which really hurt, and she never asked whether I wanted deep tissue or a more relaxing massage. Even when I asked her to lighten the pressure, she continued to be very rough. It wasn’t the slightest bit relaxing, which was frustrating. On top of that, the atmosphere made it hard to unwind. There was a lot of background noise—staff talking, the phone ringing, and people walking around—which took away from the spa-like experience. The room also felt cold and uninviting. As for the foot massage, it didn’t meet my expectations either. Partway through, the therapist was switched, which disrupted the experience. The massage itself was also a bit painful, as it felt like the therapist was digging their nails into my feet rather than massaging them. It wasn’t as relaxing as I’d hoped, especially given the positive recommendations I’d received from friends. That said, I might give Big Feet another chance in the future—either by trying a different therapist at this location or checking out one of their other locations."

I usually ask for Julio & Alan, so whenever someone is off or on vacation, I can still get my massage done. Their technique is 5 star. Previously 4 star was simply because of parking.
