"Comment décrire l'expérience du massage que j'ai reçu enceinte? Je n'aime pas tellement les massages de base mais j'avais une douleur au bas du dos de style sciatique et ça m'handicapait énormément. Zazou est venue à la maison, et après le massage je me suis sentie détendue à un point. Cela m'a permis d'être de nouveau active jusqu'à la fin de ma grossesse. Elle est très professionnelle et minutieuse. Ce sont les meilleurs dollars que j'ai investi pour moi."

"À un moment oú j’étais dans une passe difficile de la maternité, en post partum exactement, Zazou m’a offert le massage traditionnel africain. Pour être honnête ça a été le plus bon massage que j’ai eu jusqu’à maintenant. Dès la première rencontre, tu te sens à l’aise et prête à lui faire confiance. Un massage ferme et délicat en même temps de la tête au pied qui m’a enlevé beaucoup de tensions au niveau de mon dos surtout. Un massage à même le sol, sur un tapis tissé qui te rappel La maison au pays. Elle prend soin de toi et s’assure que tu es bien et confortable tout le long du massage. "Le service que Zazou offre est remarquable! J'ai eu droit au massage de la tête jusqu'aux pieds avec les pochons chauds, l'exfolation des pieds, l'extraction de la cire d'oreille et le yoni spa. Elle m'a offert un thé chaud et réconfortant à déguster lors du yoni spa. Elle masse avec dévoument. Le yoni spa est une belle expérience. C'était un moment très agréable et surtout relaxant. J'aimerai ajouter que Zazou est une personne douce et attentive. Merci beaucoup Zazou pour se merveilleux service!"

"The clinic was easy to find and parking on the street right out front was very convenient. The room was very calm and relaxing. I had a great visit with Ari, she knows her stuff and finds all the knots that need to be worked out. I left feeling like a million bucks. Most definitely will be back."

"I unfortunately had a negative experience here. I had Arianne. I told her it was okay for it to hurt a bit because I was there for a therapeutic massage and have had other therapists be too gentle and not eliminate knots. This was the roughest and most painful massage I’ve ever had. And I am used to painful massages that leave you feeling like a million bucks afterwards. I mentioned twice that it was very painful and was tense the entire time from cringing from the pain despite trying to stay relaxed. I was told “no pain no gain” which would have been fine if I felt better afterwards but instead I was in terrible pain for two days afterwards and had lower back pain (which I didn’t even have before) for two weeks. My skin on my back was so sensitive for days after that I couldn’t wear a backpack or hug my husband. I couldn’t even sit with my back against a chair. I am giving 2 stars instead of one because she was very friendly and I actually considered whether or not to write a review because I hate leaving negative reviews, but this was my experience."

She did an amazing job at making me comfortable and walked me through the facial it being my first time and with my lengthy list of allergies. Not only do I see Kristy but Hilary as well. Hilary makes you feel your best during your appointments by being honest and offering her expert opinion on how to enhance your natural features best. I highly recommend Brooklin Village ????"

She always understands what I’m asking to get done with my hair, and executes it perfectly. She also always has great recommendations to elevate the look I’m after. I trust her knowledge and skills and appreciate the kindness she always expresses. She has both coloured and cut my hair. She makes my visit always enjoyable, and I always feel so confident with my hair when leaving!"

"Vanessa did my makeup application for my wedding in May and it was FLAWLESS! She took all of my vision for my makeup and made it come to life, better than I could have imagined. It stayed put all day and looked amazing in photos as well, which was my main concern with an outdoor wedding. 10/10 would recommend her to everyone I know. Elizabeth did my hair for the wedding (and will now be my stylist for life!) and it was equally as exceptional. Just like my makeup, it stayed put all day and didn't budge - no fly aways at all. I got my haircut and styled by Maddie who understood exactly what I was looking for and was extremely sensitive to a specific situation that makes haircuts difficult for me!
