"Phenomenal experience!! I went for a body massage. I only experienced a full body massage once before. From the check in experience to the after service relaxation. Faye at the front desk was so sweet and answered all my questions while also explaining what they offered. She made a great suggestion to add hot stones. My masseuses Mimi was incredibly talented, asked for permission to use certain techniques and were receptive to feedback. They offer so many amazing services. 100% will be going back."
"I was disappointed with my experience here. The check-in process felt rushed, and I wish they had provided an overview of what to expect beforehand. Something as simple as asking me to ensure my hair was well brushed could have made a big difference. The experience started well, and I enjoyed the first 15 minutes. However, it quickly went downhill. The shampoo felt like drugstore quality, and the woman was so rough that it hurt. I really wanted to like this place because it’s local, and I love a good head massage, but the lack of attention to detail completely ruined it for me. I left with messy hair Pros: Same-day appointment availability."
"I've been coming here for years. The staff is great. Recently saw Tina who is really amazing. She knew how to help me with my pain. And Lily is also fantastic. Definitely recommend doing the package with foot massage and body massage combo."
"Don't waste your money here! Scalp massage was brutal. Literally just a hair wash using the exact same movements over and over again for an hour. I could hear & feel her heavy breathing and stomach growling the whole time and she left the room 4 times shutting the door loudly. I could hear everything in the hallways including people talking. It was not relaxing. The foot "reflexology" is a basic foot rub & they soak your feet in these uncomfortable wooden buckets. They also don't speak english. They ask you to pay BEFORE your services which is very unprofessional. The scalp rooms are very small and cheap looking. I expected much more for what I paid."
"Been coming here for 15+ years. Mostly all the masseuses are amazing, they know their techniques and give great deep and knowledgeable massages. I’ve had massages by many of them; Lily and Judy are one of my faves."
"For a massage, I would come back to this location. For the hydro scalp massage… I would never do that again. The lady was extremely aggressive, it literally felt like she was ripping my hair out. The waterfall-like part that you see in all the pictures also only lasted for maybe 5 minutes, if that. I didn’t have high expectations for the drying, but she blow dried my hair into a big frizzy mess and didn’t even brush it. I definitely don’t think the hydro scalp massage is worth the money."
"I went for a foot spa here, & suffered from neck ache after the shoulder massage. It was also very difficult communicating with the therapist as she wasn't able to understand English, language was a barrier too. On top of it, the Manager came in, to explain and translate. My whole session was ruined with all this experience. I hope the team understands and work on these gaps."
"Everytime I call, they say no appointment available. It's the same person answering the call and it's like she knows my voice. At first she says it's available, and soon as I ask for the therapist I went for (she recognizes it's me!) and she says oh it's all full! I wonder it's because I tipped a little less than $15?!?"
"Avoid this place at all costs. My mom had her hair colored by (I believe) the owner, Manpreet?, and the results were absolutely disastrous. As you can see in the picture, her hair was completely fried and severely damaged. She left the salon with her hair looking exactly like that in the picture—no styling, no cut, nothing. And they charged $300 ($280 with a so-called "discount") for this mess. That price, again, didn’t even include a haircut or styling. On top of that, they did a questionable "protein treatment" and told my mom she couldn’t use heat on her hair for a month. So they expected her to walk around with her hair looking like that—ugly. Besides the damage, the colour was another story - my mom had asked for a deep chocolate brown color, but she gave her a copper brown instead. I had to go back with my mom the next day to demand a refund. The owner wasted 35 minutes arguing and trying to justify her work, by saying my mom's hair was damage prior, before finally admitting "she's human and made a mistake." Honestly, if her hair was so damaged before, why did you continue with the session? Excuses. She refunded $180, but honestly, how dare she let my mom walk out of the salon with hair like that? And then charge her $280? When I asked if she genuinely liked the work, she hesitated before saying she did “because it’s my work.” I followed up by asking if she’d proudly post this on social media to advertise her skills—she had no response. She also tried to offer my mom "2 spa treatments for her hair" alongside a take-home mask, as an apology, but I offered it back to her, and said to give the full refund. I was generous enough to tell her to keep $50. Of course, she didn't listen, so I took the $180 and the mask, because now what....? No way am I taking my mom back to that place... Horrible work. If she truly cared about her customers and was sorry for the damage, she would have issued a full refund on the spot. Save yourself the headache and your hair—don’t waste your time or money here."
"I was served by Priya today. She treated my hair with a service called hair spa. I really enjoyed the head massage. I also received a hair cut. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I have always had a great experience at this salon. Also, the hair products that you can purchase for thinning hair really do help. Thanks for a wonderful experience."

"I recently visited Salon, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere. "I’ve been going to this Salon for 7 years and I’ve never had a problem with my service or staff. However, in April I had very bad experience with a staff member named Amarjeet. This lady was incredibly rude, and unprofessional. She asked me to give her a Google review before she even started threading my brows. She proceeded to tell me all her credentials with attitude after I told her I usually go to Mehak (another girl that works there) for my eyebrows. She was also in the process of laminating her own brows while threading mine, I even told her I could wait or go to someone else but she insisted that I come to her. Her artificial nails were so long they kept poking my eye and I told her and she didn’t do anything about it. She took 30 minutes to thread my brows. After the service was done they were incredibly uneven and I stayed quiet and still paid. After I paid she thought I looked upset so she said why don’t u talk to the owner Mandeep because I don’t want you to give me a bad review…. Like girl what why are you so obsessed with reviews. At that point I had said yes and she was very rude and started mumbling her experience and credentials in aesthetics and looks quite stupid while doing it. Finally i was able to talk to Mandeep and Sakshi in a room and they saw my eye brows and apologized and they said they were very uneven and I asked them to make it even. As I explained what happened with Amarjeet, I broke down and explained how unprofessional she was. They were very receptive and apologetic on her behalf. Anyway, long story short, Amarjeet is very unprofessional. I’ll make sure to call ahead of time and book with my regulars Mehak, and Sakshi to avoid a situation like that or change salons."
"Arrived on time for our appointment, but the hairdresser wasn’t there. We were asked to wait a few minutes. About 15 minutes later, she showed up and took in someone who arrived after us—without even checking who was there first. No sense of customer service or respect for time. We immediately left without saying a word and were given fabulous service at Deep's Beauty Parlour down the street."
