"Went with a birthday gift card and tried out the Spa for the first time. I had never received a massage that was not done by a RMT (I knew they would not be an RMT as it was stated in the package) it was relaxing but I would qualify it as more of a soft rub than a massage. They also didn't provide an option of areas to work on during the massage and just did legs and upper back. One staff member did all the treatments for me and she was kind and personable. When I entered the space I was told there would be robes and slippers in the bathroom but did not see any so I went without for the three + hours I was there. They did offer me complimentary tea of choice which I enjoyed but I do wish I had more opportunity to explore the teas offered during my time (there was no time for this). The nail polish selection was meak and some seemed quite old so I picked one that looked the freshest. Overall a good experience if you get a gift card as a gift. But I would spend my own money at a spa that better suits my interpretation of a spa. If you go here even earlier then they tell you to do you can explore the teas in the lounge and read a book. It is not a place where you can stay and relax, and definitely more focused on completing treatments in and out service."

"I’m not very impressed, but let’s start with the positives...the people who worked there were nice and the space was nice. The price for what I received was not. $55 for pedicure and $35 for a manicure. I got a clear coat on my pedicure so clearly it’s lasted the few hours since I’ve been home, but my manicure lasted one hour before a chunk was missing. With zero drying time between coats I am not surprised. Maybe in the times when they used the machines to dry nails, but you can’t blaze through coat after coat without allowing for even a second of drying time. My mother has to get hers redone while at the spa because of this issue and all she did was take off her socks. Money asides, it’s the 80 minutes of time wasted and now I have a large noticeable chunk missing from my left index finger and left ring finger the nail polish pushed back from the edge of the nails. I couldn’t even say how it happened since I didn’t do anything when I got home. They might argue it was the fact this colour needed three coats, but this colour was recommended and by the second coat I could still see my nail-bed so maybe this colour shouldn’t be used for this (as I later found out they also use it for French nails). The rest of the nails are already showing signs of wear, but nothing like these two. Asides from the manicure, there was certainly nothing to write home about for the pedicure. They barely did anything to our feet and I can still see problem areas that should have been addressed. Despite being referred here I don’t think I’ll be back and to be honest I’m a little disappointed that this was my Christmas gift from last year. Bring your own dryer if you decide to go."

"My husband and I went for a a relaxation massage in the couples room and then deluxe pedicures immediately following. This was our first time here and it will not be our last. The spa was very warm, well appointed and appealing. The staff was friendly , skilled , accommodating and professional. We went in to enjoy relaxing experience together and we were not disappointed in the least. Sarah and Nicky were fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thank you Spa Sedona !"

She's paid attention to my request on file saying I prefer limited talking. It was an all around 10/10 relaxing massage but still was able to work out some issues I was dealing with . "It was a horrible appointment. The girl who was supposed to give my husband a massage worked on his arms and legs while he still had his sweatpants on! He couldn’t even feel the pressure. I called to raise my concerns, but neither she nor her coworker provided a satisfactory explanation. Nobody gave him proper instructions beforehand. They said they would call me back after figuring out what had happened, but it’s been a week, and I haven’t heard anything. The girl, Sydnie, clearly didn’t know what she was doing despite claiming she has three years of experience, which I highly doubt. She tried to apologize, blaming miscommunication, but then suddenly transferred my call to someone else without even telling me who I’d be speaking to. Another girl offered a different session to make up for the mistake, but after this experience, we don’t feel comfortable going back there. Their service was beyond disappointing, and I want people to know about it."
